Their customer service is amazing!!!! I had to return some food that my puppy didn’t like and they just returned it and didn’t ask for me to send it back. They just said to donate it, which I did. The lady that I talked to the second time was incredibly nice and friendl. She asked the names of my fur babies and then wished them a good day! I know that is a small thing to do, but sometimes the small things make all the difference. I would highly recommend them. And not just for this (kindness is the icing on the cake with Chewy) I have also been ordering all my pet needs from them and not only is it convenient having it shipped to me (not having to lug huge bags of dog food in and out of the store) but I have saved quite a bit of money. I LOVE Chewy!!! Can’t say enough good things about them.

We were sent a number of dog gifts as a present. Unfortunately we didn't need them and called to arrange a return. They won't accept a return back from a gift recipient. You have to call the giver and have them telephone Chewy to arrange the return. I said this sounds too difficult, why won't you accept my gift return? I don't even want the money, send it back to the giver. They said I had to have account access to return the gift. Obviously just a poorly constructed and not well thought out customer service department. I will never buy anything from Chewy.

Fraudulent. What a nightmare. After following the directions given to me by their associate to cancel and reorder- they would not apply the promotion that THEY SENT to me. Notes left on my account that show that this was the dvic3 I was provided were ignored. They claim to have no supervisor that could help and no one that they could transfer me to. I think they have grown too much too fast- zero cares for customer service.

HORRIBLE!!! It’s taken them 8 days to process antibiotics for my dog and I’m still waiting. If you need medication and can’t wait 2 weeks, order elsewhere. They don’t care and very politely read from a script with no follow through. I will NOT order meds from them ever again, even if they’re cheaper. Not worth making my sick dog suffer and wait because of their policies of no fax prescriptions or because they are “a little behind” in processing scripts.

After spending $100 per month for our sheltie's meds for over 5 years, we had to make the decision to let her go. Called Chewy.com on our way home. Chewy.com had sent us 3 months of meds but we could only return 1. We donated the others to our vet. Keep seeing how others got flowers and sympathy cards, but all we got was more grief trying to return it.

My dog passed away. I notified Chewy that I wanted to return some unneed products, they credited my account and told me to donate the items. Very sympathetic.

If you are a pet parent, you can’t go wrong with Chewy’s. I called them yesterday to let them know my Daisy Mae had passed and inquired how to returned the prescription food she left behind. They credited that purchase and today I came home to a dozen peach roses with a vase. Wow! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE company!

I think it’s great they can deliver chew toys within 24 hrs. But what I really need is a pharmacy to not mess up my dog’s order, blame the vets office, waste 6 days that my dog needs medicine, and NEVER apologize.

I was getting emails about reordering for my dog that passed so I let them know and they sent me a heartfelt letter and flowers! Not many companies would do that❤️

Reached out to customer service and within an hour of sending an email I was contacted and my issue was resolved. I tried a new product that did not agree with my dog’s tummy. Instead of returning the product, Chewy asked me to donate to the local shelter and refunded my money. I absolutely love this Company!

Pedí hace 2 semanas unas gotas para los ojos de mi Dolly. Como la primera semana no llegó lo que se suponía llegara en 3 dias, llame a servicios a cliente y me dijeron que no la habían enviado por que tenían problemas con la receta, pero jamás me llamaron para decirme. Ese día supuesramente se había resuelto todo, servicio al cliente se pirto muy bien. Pero la farmacia no se la recomiendo a nadie. Una semana después de la llamada a servicios al cliente y el medicamento de mi Dolly no llega. Y son una gotitas carisimas.

Products and prices are comparable, but their shipping and deliveries are inconsistent for subscribed pet supplies, like dog food. It ends up costing more because you have to go shop locally to fill the gaps. This makes it more expensive and takes out the convenience of home delivery.

I have used Chewy for my dog food and vitamin supplements for all three of my dogs. I had canned dog food on Autoship for my 11 year old Morkie Poo, Molly and had just received a new shipment when Molly got sick and passed away April 8th, 2024 and contacted Chewy about returning the product as it was still boxed up unopened. I spoke with Katie about having already cancelled the Autoship and she was very sympathetic and refunded the price for the order; requested that I donate the food to our local animal shelter, which I did, and then we received an order of fresh sunflowers from Katie and the Chewy Family in remembrance of our Molly girl. They went above and beyond for our family and my family greatly appreciated it.

My pet passed and I did not need what I had ordered. At their request I donated the supplies to a local shelter. Then the next day I received a bouquet with a sincere note from Katie and the Chewy family. Thank you

We want to thank the Chewy Family for supplying Rocky's food and other items and the excellent exceptional customer service we received. We lost Rocky this week after 11 years and it's a tough time for the family. But to come home from work today and receive flowers from the Chewy Family not only shows that they care about your pet but put a little smile on our face. I know Rocky's running around barking. Thank you so much Chewy Family Thank you so much.

A representative from Chewy (Anastasia) was amazing in helping me return an item that was ordered by mistake. I was given a refund and told to take the item to a shelter or clinic to help a pet in need. I think this is wonderful & I will definitely shop with Chewy again for my cat's needs.

When my cat passed, customer service helped refund a bunch of expensive items I had bought prior to his death. They were understanding and kind and didn't push back or make me justify his loss. Thank you!

Recently, I began ordering from Chewy. First orders were no issue. A recent order took a bit of time to arrive. I was frustrated because FedEx was sending messages that I would receive my order for 4 days in a row and it never came. I contacted Chewy who immediately sent out another shipment, plus gave me a credit. I ended up receiving the first order. Contacted Chewy and they were going to route the second order back. The second order still made it to me and when I contacted Chewy to let them know and offered to pay, they said keep it. I think they know how concerned I was for my pet, because I can no longer feed him food from local stores. The special diet food was not available in my town and I panicked when I started getting low. The reps from Chewy were so nice as well. The chat feature works great. Thanks, Chewy!
