I spend about $200 a month at Chewy on dog and cat food and I'm very happy with their standard shopping experience. Everything comes on time and I've never once had a problem. Five stars. Chewy's pharmacy rates a 1. The approval process is slow and archaic and waiting 7-10 days for a necessary medication is ridiculous. My vet sent me a copy of what was sent to Chewy and Chewy claimed they didn't receive it. More than once. In the meantime, my cat suffers.

Sent multiple emails, no response. They sent my order to the wrong address. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

Excellent customer service. Super fast delivery sometimes the next day.Don't have to go to Pet store to buy heavy bags of litter &heavy cases of can food&dry cat food.Easy on my back just pick up off of door step.So convenient.

The customer service representatives are amazing ambassadors for the company. On July 20 I lost my beautiful Maltese. When I spoke to Kimberly and told her to please discontinue AutoShip, she was genuinely consoling me like a friend. Two days later beautiful bouquet and beautiful card arrived. Five stars are not enough to describe this company!

so its like chewy doesn't accept fax or email from the vet which has the prescription, chewy web site doesn't allow attach the prescription. Gush and the vet and chewy have issue so for example the vet would subscribe .3 ml where chewy have .5 ml and like seriously month between these two in order to get the med for the cat so yes chewy try to act as the eye doctor their web site upload and attach the prescription, and in general human clinics use fax,email they try all approaches to facilitate communication but yes chewy is brick and doesnt have all the pet meds what a pain chewy is.

I always receive excellent customer service. The call center is courteous, kind and professional. I have several cats and ordering from Chewy minimizes the need to go with overpriced products in store chains.

We have used Chewy for many years, we recently purchased food for one of our pups and he wouldn’t eat it. When I called to see if I could return and unopened box, One of the first things Tiana the rep asked was how my dogs were doing. I informed her that one of my boys passed over the rainbow bridge and I was heartbroken. She let me know they were there to talk to if I needed to, she updated the system to no longer receive personalized recommendations for Tonka, refunded the cost of the food and asked me to donate to a shelter. Yesterday evening I received a flower arrangement with condolences from Tiana and the team at chewy. What company does this? Remarkable customer service.

Company offered a set price for autoship,than raised the price by 20+ dollars, then deducted the "gift card"..price is also different on 2nd autoship. I cancelled..false advertisement!

chewy.com pulls this con game of continuously sending me $20 off coupons with codes. However, buying the items with these codes always returns "Your order is not eligible for promotion code XXXXXXXX". At least Petco and Petsmart will give discount codes that apply to all purchases.

The service is great. They stock a huge selection and ship it really promptly. The whole experience is really well done. Their customer service is also amazing. I wanted to return some food because my cat passed away before the shipment arrived and they immediately refunded me and said we could just donate it all to a shelter, which is such a fantastic response.

Chewy.com is the real deal. I have an auto-ship subscription for one of my dog’s Hills Diet meals and it always arrives quickly (within about 3 days of ship date) and right on time. Chewy.com could seriously rival Amazon delivery efficiency! Chewy also showed that they are a class act when they accepted my boyfriend’s unopened orders after his dog passed. That made me an immediate fan. :)

Such a wonderful, caring company with such marvelous customer service. Yesterday was the worst day of the year for us. When I notified Chewy that we would no longer be needing their services, the rep was so very understanding and assured me that my account would be cancelled and to donate the food. Today I received a beautiful bouquet from them!!! What company does that?!?! Best experience from a sad, sad day.

Chewy has an outstanding customer service that cares about their customers and their pets. Our dog passed and we failed to cancel our next order, chewy refunded and sent flowers in sympathy.

Sent me the wrong items. When I callled they said they would replace them at no charge because they already had the money I had paid for the wrong. Well they not only charged me again but they added another $10.00 to my account. I have been taken and I will never do business with them again. I never received anything for my money.

My sister got a cat for her birthday, so I decided to give her a gift certificate from Chewy.com. After processing an acct and providing all information, I was able to order an e-gift certificate to be sent to her email acct on her birthday. Following checkout, I saw that they charged my credit card, but my sister never got the gift. I then found a note in my email asking me to respond with a confirmation for “Security reasons”. I responded confirming that I had recieved the email and made the order and ask what more I needed to get my gift email sent. They then bombarded me with information requests by email regarding my mailing addresses and names of my own pets claiming they needed them for security. I had already provided most of the info when signing up, so responded that they already had the info. The emails also had links to sign into my acct, which when clicked, got flagged as dangerous by Mcafee anti-virus. They continued to demand more personal information and when I refused, they claimed to be sending my Oder to their security department and it would take 48hrs for them to make a decision. So I canceled my order and my acct, and purchased a gift card from Petsmart.

I do appreciate chewy a lot. They treat me and my animals well.

Chewy has been absolutely amazing. I’ve been ordering them for a little while with no issues at all. I called chewy to cancel my monthly order. No problems. Then amazing to me….. a received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Chewy. I have never had a company be so wonderful and truly caring. Chewy-that meant so much to our family. Thank you!!
