Chewy.com is the best! They have a great selection of products and have reimbursed me several times if my cat didn't like something. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. I don't normally bother to write positive reviews about places,but chewy is so wonderful that I had to. :)

I can’t say enough positive things about Chewy. They make the ordering process easy (even when Rx is a factor). The deliveries are prompt and we’ll packaged. There is no shipping and handling fee. When our pet needed to be put down we had just received $300 worth of food and medication. Chewy put through a credit on our credit card with no hassle and sincere sympathy for our loss. We didn’t even need to return the product. We were able to donate them to a shelter. Finally, we received flowers from Chewy and a condolence card. How awesome is that? Whoever is running this company knows how to treat and keep lifelong customers. Way to go Chewy!

I've been ordering from Chewy for years. One of the latest items I ordered was quite disappointing-a wood box toy with holes that four toys are supposed to be inside. When it came the toys were packaged separate and dropped right in, so you cat owners know, that means the cats pulled the toys right out and ran off. Now the box itself just sits empty unless I get up a thousand times to put the toys back in. For the first time I went to leave a poor review to help other cat owners and found the site would not load the review. I tried positive reviews on other items to see if it was an issue with the site and they all were accepted. The only explanation is that Chewy is doing what a lot of businesses are doing now, and that is to "curate" the reviews by not allowing bad ones to load. That fact, and the fact they use FedX for their carrier who delays, damages, and misdirects a good portion of my orders is making me lose my desire to keep doing business with this company. Going to Petsmart instead.

My dog’s prescription medication from Chewy is part of an autoship order scheduled for every 3 months. This month I got an email saying it shipped on July 7 out of Phoenix and it was expected to arrive by July 10. On July 10 I checked the tracking and found that it had been “misdirected” and arrived in Denver (I’m in Oregon). From Denver it travelled through deserts in the scorching heat to Reno and to Vancouver WA on July 13. It finally was out for delivery, but I did not accept delivery. I’ve called Chewy customer service twice over the past week and explained I would not give this to my dog because it’s very likely gone bad because it should not be exposed to heat for prolonged periods. Both times I was told a replacement would be overnighted to me. Each time, a replacement was not shipped at all. I went to my vet today to pick up the medication for my boy. Will never use Chewy for medications for my pets again. Hopefully they will reimburse me for the unusable medication that was returned to them.

I recently placed a CHEWY order with Bianca. She asked about my cats by name. I told her Calypso was no longer with us. Yesterday I received a dozen long stemmed roses from CHEWY with a sympathy card. Who seriously has such good customer service? I've always been impressed by Chewy's service and efficiency. And Bianca raved about them as an employer. CHEWY is an example of a great business model. I'm a customer for life.

Chewy has always had really great customer service in my experience. 4 years ago I ordered a leash and harness, but the leash was not in the package I received even though both items were marked as delivered. After sending a quick message about the mix-up, they shipped me the leash- no questions asked. More recently, I ordered a harness that was too large. Since there wasn't a smaller size available, I sent a message requesting a refund and within maybe 1 to 2 hours the refund was being processed. They also emailed directions on how to donate the harness to a shelter. Chewy is now my go to for pet supplies (unless I can find the exact same product for a better price in store) and I would recommend them to anyone.

My vet sent in a script for Miritaz for my sick cat. Chewy sat on it for two days, and when I called they said there was an issue with the instructions which clearly was on the script, because I have a copy. Then they tried to back pedal on everything. Will never use them again.

My dog that I had for 15 years recently passed away. I had her before my husband and kids, when I was single and in my early 20s, losing her has been so hard. She was the greatest dog in the world. I messaged Chewy asking if there is a way to put a date of her passing away to kind of memorialize her because i did not want to delete her from my pets. They were very responsive and told me there is a way to do that and made it happen but then a week later i received a dozen sunflowers from Chewys customer service to my door. Never knew a company to be so compassionate to their customers and their pets. Thank you so much ♡ our vet for all those years didn't even send us anything.

I have always been impressed with the outstanding kindness and professionalism of Chewy employees, but I can't praise this company enough with the compassionate and generous way I was treated with the recent and sudden passing of my cat, Josephine. They went over and beyond what I would expect from any company, and I am grateful such a company still exists in our society. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone who has pets.

I have used Chewy for years and have never really had an issue. I would have also recommended them to others in the past. If your pet is healthy and can eat alternatives to out of stock options, you can probably use Chewy without issue. That is not my situation anymore. My cat has IBS/Lymphoma and requires a prescription food that I have set on autoship from Chewy. On a whim, I decided to check on the food today despite the email from a few days ago asking me to review my upcoming autoship order. Nothing seemed awry in the email. I was shocked to see that the prescription food is out of stock. My cat gets really sick vomiting 6-7 times a day when not on this food. Chewy gave me no notice. The only reason I found out about it being out of stock is I manually checked on the food. So now I am less than 2 days ahead of the autoship scrambling to find food so my pet isn't sick. Chewy may be convenient but it is now unreliable. I cannot recommend them to people who need prescriptions of any sort. I also feel like their lack of communication is awful particularly when the well being of animals is involved. They clearly do not care enough about pets needing prescription diets to be in better communication about getting low in stock.

Chewy, I am writing to express my disappointment with you. When you send out a message stating that you’re preparing to send out an order, it should be accurate. Misleading your customers is detrimental to your business and can be detrimental to the health of the patient. If there are difficulties in getting approval, please communicate this to your customers instead of remaining silent. I am quite disappointed with the service I received and hope that you will improve your communication and service standards moving forward.

Chewy is such an amazing company! I have been buying from them for four years. The packages come fast, the prescriptions are filled without my having to call the vet, refunds are proceeds easily for mistakes (usually mine). I have gotten food, prescriptions, dog beds, toys, crates, toys, and snacks from them. They have chat service always available and a vet you can talk to. I have bought from lots of pet food companies in the past and none compare to Chewy!!! I tell all my pet owning friends to shop at Chewy. Such a wonderful company.

We run a boarding business. We order a lot of product from Chewy. We always get our merchandise quickly at our orders filled properly. The quality of each order has been great! When we lost our boxer Malcom, Chewy Customer Service wrote us a nice letter, letting us know that they were very sorry for a loss. we have even received flowers from them for dogs that we have lost prior. We love Chewy!

I called 2 months after receiving my order about 2 vials of frontline being empty-Stacy said this probably happened during shipping with large cat litter boxes and is sending me a replacement package! This company is not only user friendly, it is also accountable! Thank you!

If More than 5 Stars could be given, that would be the case. Chewy Has to be The Best Company in America! 💯 Reliable. Excellent Customer Service. If, unhappy with an order, Or if, For Whatever Reason, What has been ordered does Not work out for You, Chewy Refunds Your Money and Or gives You a Replacement, No questions asked! And You can expect Delivery of What You ordered within 24 Hours, or in just a couple of Days, instead of having to wait Weeks for it. Chewy is Always Both Dependable, And Reliable. When Chewy Found out that my German Shepherd has Health issues, they sent Her a Little Stuffed Brown Bear that squeaks!! Which She Loves, and carries in Her mouth all The time! Who does That! "Chewy"

Chewy shows what real customer service should be. A live person answers the phone every time I call, even if I call in the middle of the night. One time the FedEx driver left a Chewy box on the porch and the dogs tore into it destroyed or ate everything inside — when I called to see if i could get a note added for the driver to put it in the parcel basket we have just for this purpose, Chewy sent a whole new box with replacements in it. When I reviewed some food that my dog loved but I thought smelled horrible, they refunded my money. I tried every which way to give it back, but they wouldn’t have it. They have called to help me choose substitute items when my autoship items are unavailable. They have addressed everything I have ever called about in a cheerful, helpful manner. I wish other companies could learn by this example.

We’ve used Chewy for different things for different dogs for many years. They really are the most caring company. I have never gotten a rude or disinterested representative. Every representative I have spoken to has gone above and beyond to resolve my issue. The woman I spoke with yesterday was so kind as I explained we just had to say goodbye one of our sweet dogs. I wanted to see if we could return the unopened bag of his food. We can’t because it’s prescription but she credited our account a full refund. We will donate the food to the rescue we work with. I was just telling my mom how wonderful Chewy is when I got home to a lovely bouquet of flowers with their sympathies. How kind and thoughtful. We want you to know how much we appreciate you guys. Thank you.
