The ring was ready within the deadline and i had it on my hands 2 days after its completion. The ring design was as expected and the diamond is stunning! This is my third purchase from Brian Gavin and this ring was for me. I wanted to replace my original wedding band that my wife gave me at our wedding with one of a more custom design. The light performance of the diamond was like nothing I've ever seen. I worked with Emily throughout the process. I am a customer from Melbourne and the services are excellent. I emailed first to ask about a custom made ring Emily emailed back and she is very friendly to deal with. I didn't get the custom made ring at the end as it was over my budget. However, she was still very helpful at the end and helped me pick a diamond and the delivery service is very fast takes only a few days to arrive. The Brian Black diamond faces up white and sparkly and in certain lighting I can see the arrows on the diamond. The diamond is now set on the ring I have picked in a local store and it is the most sparkliest diamond I have ever seen and I can't wait to wear it when my partner proposes. It is definitely a diamond, which represents our love and I am looking forward to shopping at Brian Gavin for a wedding band with side diamonds on it, because I believe it will bring out the sparkle of the centre stone I have even more. When you are purchasing a Brian Gavin ring to put it simply you are getting the “wow factor.” The response my fiancé’s ring has elicit from friends to family to even me weeks after is simply “wow” and it is worth every penny. The BG experience was phenomenal, I am lucky enough to be located in Houston so I got to sit with the man himself and talk diamonds. The experience alone was a true pleasure, Brian Gavin is a master of his craft and oozes passion for his work. After seeing the famous cut and the beautiful hearts in person the only question left was if my budget could work with the size I was after. Even though I was religiously checking their website, Emily (the person I worked with) reached out to me saying that Brian himself has identified a stone that he felt would be perfect. The stone was perfect. I bothered Emily with hundreds of questions and demands and she was very accommodating, the customer service is top notch. I spent the entire summer researching and shopping for a diamond. I chose to purchase from Brian Gavin Diamonds for several reasons. First, I came to understand the importance of cut quality over the other C's, so after much research, online shopping, and speaking with jewelers I repeatedly heard Brian's name come up. Naturally, I wanted the best I could afford, and Brian appeared to be the bridge between top stone cutting craftsmanship and retail sales. Second, I wanted to purchase from someone with an established reputation who actually had some history in the diamond business. Brian is the 5th generation of jewelers in his family, so clearly he has sustainability and reputation. Lastly, I wanted to see multiple stones of similar quality which I was able to do at their Houston office. While reviewing the stones, Brian took the time to show me the diamonds through a multitude of instruments which allowed me to see the tiniest of details. As an engineer, I can appreciate Brian's quest for top quality craftsmanship, and as a person who works for a living, I certainly appreciate the price at which I was able to purchase such a high quality diamond. Brian and his team have earned a customer for life. Now the only thing left to do is propose!!!
