I did extensive research between BGD, online retailers, and brick and mortar stores and I went to Brian Gavin, due to his perfectionist, knowledge, and the peace of mind that I am getting the best of the best out there. Oh did they make it happen, they worked with me on everything and made sure to stay within my budget and the final product was STUNNING, my fiancee and I receive compliments on it wherever we go. Communication, craftsmanship, professionalism, and literally everything was 10/10 from the beginning.

This is the best place to get any and all jewelry from. I wanted to get a diamond pendant and had lesley help me. We settled on a .27 g vs1 black by Brian stone. It came with my own personalized viewer to look at the stone and was packaged so beautifully I was blown away. The necklace and the diamond are stunning and very sparkly . I love it so much. The shipping process was extremely easy and secure. They shipped it to a FedEx near my house and I picked it up without any trouble. I received a handwritten card signed by Brian himself thanking me for allowing him to build me a beautiful piece. Bottom line- if you want great service , to feel special and get amazing pieces that sparkle in any light and from every angle, then go here. I’m obsessed 😍

I did an extensive amount of research on and shopped at many different companies (both brick & mortar and online stores), and Brian Gavin Diamonds was hands down the most trustworthy, honest company out of all of them. They also offer the best selection of diamonds in terms of cut and quality out of everyone. I got the sense that they truly stand behind their products and operate with the utmost integrity. Also, I highly recommend working with Emily Johnson. Out of everyone with whom I worked from every single store, she was by far the best. Her knowledge of diamonds and ability to answer specific questions was excellent, and she provided genuine, phenomenal customer service. She made the ring-buying process a trustworthy experience. I cannot adequately express how fortunate I feel as a client of Brian Gavin and his team. I was interested in re-cutting my original engagement diamond (I had chipped it on a countertop through my own carelessness) that I had bought over ten years ago from a local vendor. Through research, it was clear that Brian Gavin was the absolute best. Because I am located out-of-state, I was a bit hesitant about how the process would work. From day one, Brian Gavin, Lesley, Emily and their team walked me through the process and were so kind, professional, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. My diamond was recut to AGS ideal proportions and I could not be more pleased with the results. After this experience, I knew that I needed a Brian Gavin Black diamond. I just received the diamond and it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I have never seen a more breathtaking stone and I cannot stop staring at it through the H&A viewer. I now know 100% what people mean when they talk about Brian Gavin diamonds. It's incredible. However, equally incredible is their level of customer service and knowing that you are in trusted hands from day one.

The website is great, commutation is prompt, and the ring I bought for my partner is fabulous, she absolutely loves it. One issue where FedEx imported my ring to New Zealand and passed it on to New Zealand couriers. FedEx tracking stated 4 consecutive days my goods would be delivered to my address before 18.00 hours, it didn’t arrive until day 5. Apparently it was sent to the wrong depot. When I approached FedEx for compensation due to failure to deliver I was ignored

The diamonds were nice but they ruined the earrings. Staff are awful. Instead of answering your questions they crow about "your beautiful earrings" never responding to your inquiry. I waited 6 weeks and they made them wrong. They were supposed to show me proofs before making them but did not do it. Brian said it was an easy fix - 4 weeks later after never hearing from them i find out that they were remade and just sitting there. They finally shipped them to me after i asked about them. Workmanship and omega clip which i paid extra for was okay. Workmanship average. I am not in love with them - $4500. The diamonds are nice but everything else average to poor.

Great company that did everything they could to help us out. The shipping was going to be cutting it close to the wedding day and they did an overnight shipping with no extra charge. Received ring in plenty of enough time and the ring was beautiful on top of everything else they done. Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Brian Gavin by a family member to purchase my now finance's engagement ring. This person did an astronomical amount of research and could attest to the quality of Brian Gavin's diamonds, due to them being the only southern jeweler committed to quality and providing the public with the ideal cut diamond for an affordable price. He got his wife's ring and referred his friend here to get his now wife's ring from Gavin as well. Having the opportunity to see their rings beforehand really helped in making my decision due to my experience being a bit different than the typical persons. Unfortunately, I was unable to go to physical store and work with someone in person due to COVID-19 restrictions. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to have a girl friend who was skilled at dropping subtle hints and sent me a picture of the exact ring she wanted. Eventually, using Gavin's online store, I was able to come up with the stone and band that got close to the template I was provided. However, I was unable to modify the band to exact specifications detailed in my template. This is when Jamie came to my rescue. She was able to contact the vendor that makes the band and helped me create the custom design I was looking for. The ring came out absolutely gorgeous! Do yourself a favor and go look at what Gavin has to offer. It won't take you long to release that you won't find anything near that level of quality anywhere else especially for the price.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lesley was super helpful, she was able to pick out the perfect diamond. The ring came out great, way better than I could have hoped for. The quality of the diamond is amazing, my fiancé and I are extremely happy with the way it came out. The customer service experience was also great, they went above and behind working with me to make sure I got the perfect ring and get it on time.
