I had been specifically looking for a cushion hearts and arrows diamond and it is limited where they are sold. Came across Brian Gavin and I'm glad I did. Their representative that I was in contact with through my decision making was very informative. The quality of my diamond looks to be very good. I haven't mounted it on a setting yet, but I can't wait! I would deal with Brian Gavin again.

The quality of their stones and settings is incredible. Customer service Leslie Harris was awesome in arranging for my wife's engagement rings shipping and Emily Johnson in initial purchase consultation and arranging for a 1 year reconditioning to return the ring too it's like new condition and tightening the prongs. Their gift presentation box and special customized jewlers loop added to the excitement and celebration of the initial engagement presentation. Emily Johnson! I had searched for the perfect diamond and the perfect setting for over two years and suddenly my day for Proposal was less than a month away. As I read reviews for Diamond dealers in Forbes. Blue Nile kept popping up and James Allen but in its own space there was a review for Brian Gavin and how his diamonds were a cut above the others. So I called at 6:30 pm one evening figuring this might get another very young lady on the phone who couldn’t help much but instead Emily Johnson answered. She was working late but still granted me all the time I needed to look at diamonds and settings. She pointed out the perfect diamond and an amazing “Designer’s” Setting unlike anything I had seen. So after it seems like an hour she had helped me make the perfect choices. I recommend her highly!
