Emily is extremely helpful and patient with me placing my order. Numerous times, I cancelled my order because I am changing my mind between the sizes of the diamond stones and the type of diamond stone (hearts & arrows vs black by Brian Gavin) with the pending order. After finally deciding the size of the stone, I contacted Emily after a few days to change the stone size and ring size from 6.5 to 7. Emily worked on my request immediately, although, technically the store hours are closed. I am impressed on through chat alone, I never had to call Brian Gavin’s phone number, customer service is excellent. Emily worked on cancelling my order although the store is technically closed due to time difference (I live in California). Emily worked her wonders through contacting the accounting department, assisted to cancel my order, in order for me create a new order with my preferred decision on the stone and ring. Another shoutout to Lesley. Lesley is very helpful when the stone I picked was no longer available due to a computer glitch. Lesley sent me an email although it was close to 11 pm in California, which I am grateful for that gave me a chance to pick another stone. Lesley sent me options of the black by Brian Gavin that are not yet available on the website but just come through. To top it off, the discount I received from the original purchase, Lesley honored and I only added a few hundreds to make my stone from 0.70 to 0.82 carat. The delivery time is superb. It came within 3 weeks. If I count the time from my original cancellation date, it technically arrived in 2 weeks!! Amazing people. I am very happy with my purchase. Truly, the rings are very beautiful. The black by Brian Gavin (although it is 0.82 carat) I purchased is one the smaller carat, it shines like CRAZY!! The light performance exceeded beyond my expectations. I have never seen a diamond SHINE like a DIAMoND! By the way, it is a gift for myself to celebrate my completion of my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program (Masters in Nursing). I will treasure the ring for life and pass it as an heirloom. I did endless research before buying my fiancée's diamond engagement ring. It's a difficult decision because you want the ring to be amazing and you don't want to make a mistake. I ultimately chose to buy at Brian Gavin for two reasons: first, most articles emphasized Cut quality as the most important yet overlooked of the Four Cs in terms of a diamond's appearance. And second, the general consensus was that the best cut stones, though not the cheapest, were at Brian Gavin Diamonds. My experience has been that you get the quality you pay for, and the ring I received was an absolute stunner in every way. Every diamond on the ring, from the center cushion cut stone, to the surrounding halo stones to the melee stones on the band all sparkle with a fiery intensity. And in addition to the quality of the stones and the cut, the exquisite workmanship on the ring, and the way the stones are set, are just superb. Not only was my fiancée thrilled when she saw it, but she constantly receives compliments from other women who catch sight of the ring and ask to see it. During a recent shopping trip, her salesperson suddenly froze in a stare: "I'm so sorry for staring," she apologized, "your ring is just so beautiful." My overall purchase experience was wonderful, and I recently came back to buy the wedding band that matches the engagement ring, as well as a platinum wedding ring for myself. Their diamonds are noticeably higher quality than the same “4 C” diamonds from other on line offerings . You get what you pay for. This is the third piece of diamond jewelry I’ve bought from them and will buy again.
