Jamie was polite and prompt to answer my questions considering the time difference Even when things didn't quite go to plan (no fault of BGD) they chose to help out and ease my conscience instead of leaving it to the other vendor to sort out. I truly appreciated them making things a lot less stressful then what it could have been. I'm glad I put my trust in them because the ring is everything I'd hoped for. The glamour shots were a nice touch too, but nothing compares to how beautiful the ring looks in person.

I lost diamond a single diamond huggie earring and asked BG to match the remaining earring. Sparkly diamonds and great customer service! I custom ordered a single shared prong eternity band for my upcoming wedding. I received super quick and prompt response from BGD and received the band a couple of the days ahead of the schedule. The diamonds are super sparkly and the band is super comfortable to wear. The only reason I did not give five stars was because there was an issue with the order but that was resolved quickly by the customer service director. Highly recommended!

It can be complicated to purchase an engagement ring on line, sight unseen. But I knew from my research that Brian Gavin Black were the best cut diamonds you can buy. The salespeople were also very helpful in discussing with me the ring options, even suggesting smaller side stones to my 3 stone ring than what I was planning on for better symmetry. How often does a business down sell you? Really great experience and I can't recommend them enough.

Just proposed with a custom engagement ring this weekend. This was the most stressful purchase of my life, partly because my fiancee had some very exacting preferences for the setting, partly the FAQ page had led me to believe the whole process would only take up to 4 weeks (please reword to clarify!) Nevertheless, the finished product was so good that it made it all worth it. The ring was exactly how my fiancee had imagined it, except that the diamonds were more sparkly than she had expected. What more could I ask for?

I chose Brian Gavin because I had the most confidence in the cut of the diamond. No question that the stone I chose was cut beautifully. I wanted a different design that wasn’t available in his product line. It is difficult to ascertain exactly how the setting will look when fabricated. I approved the drawings, but was disappointed when the ring arrived. It looked like something from a diamond mall retailer. Overall the ring is pretty, but a side view is pretty messy. I’m not sure why. I would without question buy a Brian Gavin diamond again, but would stick with the settings offered.

She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident with my selection. Buying an engagement ring is supposed to be a once in a lifetime experience and Brian Gavin has made that experience beyond perfect. I did my homework and drove myself crazy going to jewelers and searching online for diamonds. Everything I wanted pointed to BG diamonds and I couldnt find any negative reviews. I knew I wanted his expertise on the cut and the stone did not dissapoint!!! Emily, was amazing to deal with and very helpful. The setting was absolutely perfect, I was actual worried I wouldnt like it but when I saw the Anita in person it took my breath away. Perfect proportions and wonderful craftmanship. We are at BG for the diamond though so let's get to that..I dont think I have ever seen (or any one else from reactions) a diamond sparkle like this!! Every where she goes this thing shines and shimmers as if theres a fire inside it about to explode. That is what I wanted in a stone!! That is exactly what she got!! I can't recommend BG enough, I am now a lifelong customer and cant wait to start our collection. One thing I am picky about is packing btw...this came overnight in a box wrapped in a bag, in another box wrapped in a bag, in another box inside a bigger box!!! My point is that they understand this is a real investment and they might as well be shipping my heart so the extra care in even shipping was top notch. Thank you Emily and thank you Brian Gavin!!
