An all around amazing place - won't buy diamonds anywhere else. Besides the consistent quality, the service is top notch. I thought there was a problem with the shank of a ring I ordered (turned out to be just a little glue residue from the box), and they paid for return shipping, cleaned it, and threw in a free leather pouch when they sent it back. They call with updates, promptly email - just great.

I mostly dealt with Jamie and she was patient throughout all my questions and options. The diamond pendant I got is a stunner; I wish I'd gotten it sooner -- side by side with my 'ideal cut' moissanite stud earrings I got elsewhere, the Brian Gavin diamond has a sparkle that is noticeably better. (The diamond reflects light directly as opposed to the moissanite, which breaks up the light and reflects it back in angles.) I asked for a different type of chain than is typically featured on their website, and they got me exactly what I wanted with fair pricing for the highly quality I received. I enjoy mixing up my jewelry wardrobe with luxury brands as well as custom pieces such as the one I got from Brian Gavin. For anyone interested, they never asked me to write a nice review after my experience. If I had had any disappointment, I would have simply skipped writing any review at all.

Beautiful ring. Very petite but lots of sparkle. Platinum makes it surprisingly heavy for the size. I would definitely buy again.

I received my ring mid-March, exactly the time when the country was shutting down. As soon as I saw it I was disappointed however I thought that I would give it some time (and also because everything was shutting down) and maybe I would like the setting more. I was hesitant about ordering a ring sight unseen but was assured by Brian Gavin Diamonds (BGD) multiple times that it was the setting with the least amount of metal around the diamonds. It is a simple eternity band but since the diamonds are very small the four prongs surrounding each diamond overwhelm the diamonds and all I see are prongs. I thought that it would be set like another eternity band that I already had where the diamonds really stand out and the prongs are not noticeable. I took the BGD ring to a jeweler to see about re-setting the diamonds but it would be too expensive. I wish I ordered the ring from a local jeweler so I would have been able to see the setting in person before purchasing. I paid such a premium but figured it was worth it for a ring from BGD and now am very much regretting my choice.
