We bought a 3 stone (round cut) diamond ring that is absolutely beautiful. This was a replacement ring for my 28 year old wedding set that had unfortunately been misplaced during a move. We had looked at local stores for something similar to my old ring but looking at something similar only made me long for the ring I lost. We decided to go a different route and choose a past, present, future ring since it represented where we are in life. Having 28 years behind us, we were able to spend a little more (LOL) this go around and when I catch a glimpse of my ring during my day, I am overjoyed to have this replacement as opposed to a substitute for my original ring.

If someone had told me a few months ago that I would purchase an engagement ring online instead of at a physical jewelry store, I wouldn't have believed it. But after reading so many positive things about Brian Gavin online from various jewelry sites, I went with them and have no regrets. Their sales associate Emily helped me choose the perfect diamond from their Black collection, and she thoroughly answered all of my questions. The ring looks better than I could have imagined, and my fiancé loves how sparkly it is, even in low light settings. The "D" color is totally translucent, and the "Truth la Vera" setting is stunning. No regrets on splurging for the Black collection. Everyone who's seen the ring has complimented it.

I purchased a diamond solitaire necklace last year from BGD and had the diamond upgraded this year in a new setting. Despite not making a huge (>10K) purchase, the customer service throughout the process was excellent. I just received the new necklace yesterday and it exceeded my expectations - the semi-bezel setting is very delicate and like the first pendant, the sparkle is incredible. I mainly worked with Jamie on the upgrade and she was exceptionally patient and honest in her diamond recommendations. I am really indecisive with large purchases and kept changing my mind regarding the diamond, setting, etc. but she was polite and accommodating throughout. In summary, really happy with both the product and the service!

The engagement ring that I ordered from Brian Gavin is amazing and my fiancée is truly in love with it! I ordered a diamond from the “Hearths and Arrows” series and these diamonds are really worth it! It just so happed that several other friends of mine proposed to their girlfriends in a relatively short period of time after me, so I had the chance to compare the Brian Gavin’s “Hearths and Arrows” diamond to the “Astor Ideal” cut diamond of Blue Nile, as well as to an “ideal” cut diamond from a global retail store. I can say that the Brian Gavin’s “Hearths and Arrows” is visibly superior! Brian Gavin’s ring settings are also much better looking than those of most of its competitors. The shopping experience was excellent! The website is very user-friendly. When you order a ring you Brian Gavin assigns you a personal consultant- in my case this was Emily. I was in constant communication about the shipping details with he and she was very helpful and responsive. The personal touch is very important when you are buying something so significant and Brian Gavin did not disappoint in this aspect. I would definitely recommend Brian Gavin as an amazing place to buy fine jewelry!

I was referred to BGD by a coworker/friend. I sent an inquiry message and was contacted that same day by Lesly! The service was amazing and she reassured me of my decision on a pair of diamond earrings for my mom. Service so great that she gave me educational information and told me that between the 2 diamond choices I had, the lesser quality one would be good enough and wouldnt make a difference to the naked eye for my mom when she saw it. The earrings came in and they were absolutely gorgeous, the packaging and all. My mom absolutely loved her earrings! I will forever be coming back to BGD for all my diamond needs.
