I'm a repeat customer, and on deciding that I needed some pendant necklaces, there was not a second's hesitation before heading to Brian Gavin's website. The quality is outstanding (I have purchased Signature and Black diamonds) as is the customer service. There is no other store that I consider when purchasing any diamond jewelry. I ordered an engagement ring from Brian Gavin and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The service was fantastic, with Lesley in particular going out of her way to make herself available whenever I had questions. Most importantly, the diamond and setting look amazing. The inclusion of the black light to show off the flourescence (the diamond is a Brian Gavin Blue) was a nice touch. While some online reviews have suggested that Brian Gavin diamonds are overpriced, I found them to be competitively priced if not slightly cheaper then other online retailers, at least in the super ideal cut category. To recap, if you are looking for a super ideal cut diamond and would like to deal with a business that provides an excellent product and excellent service, I would strongly recommend Brian Gavin.

Learning about engagement rings and diamonds was a lot more complex and interesting than I thought it would be. I did a lot of research to find a reputable jeweller who I could trust to deliver a quality product while providing the best value for the money. After learning about Brian Gavin Diamonds, I used their online photos and videos to select a diamond within my budget. The ASET, Ideal Scope, and hearts images were instrumental in making an informed decision. Nonetheless, I was still uncomfortable with making such a large purchase online, especially by bank wire transfer. Jamie and the rest of the team at Brian Gavin Diamonds were very helpful. They answered all of my questions promptly and courteously (via online chat, email, and by phone), provided additional photos of ring settings, and assisted me with completing a bank wire transfer. Their communication throughout the entire process of finding and purchasing an engagement ring provided reassurance that I was dealing with a trustworthy company (which eased my hesitance about buying a diamond online). Delivery to Canada was easy to monitor with FedEx's online tracking. Once the package arrived at customs, FedEx contacted me to pay the taxes so it could be released from customs. By authorizing FedEx to be my broker, I was able to pay the taxes (and a small brokerage fee) all through FedEx by credit card. The ring, ring box, cleaning cloth, lab grading report, and other documentation all arrived in excellent condition. I purchased a Brian Gavin Signature cushion cut diamond in a white gold setting. The setting is finished well and holds the diamond securely. The diamond looks exactly like the photos on the website. My fiancée and I really like the appearance of this signature cushion cut more than cushion cut styles from other companies because it produces a beautiful scintillation pattern and a brilliance similar to a round brilliant cut. It truly sparkles like crazy! Thank you Brian Gavin Diamonds! My fiancée loves her ring so much that she "teases" me about getting another for her other hand.

Great Service. Before my purchase, they answered all the questions I asked, typically in then next business day. The only thing I would improve are the ring setting images. They show "glamour shots" on their web page but the angles, positions and reflections are not the best for appreciating the product as if your seeing it live. I asked for other images but they told me those were the ones they have. After the purchase they gave me an estimated delivery date (3 weeks from purchase date) but that day arrived and no news from them, so I contacted customer service and they checked de status and told me it would take a week more (4th) to finish the job. (Thanks god I had some time to spare so it was not a problem for me)

Sent in an engagement ring purchased from BGD to get the center stone tightened. When talking on the phone with them prior to sending the ring in it felt rushed, and I don't think they really listened to my questions. I would start to ask a question and they would start to answer before I was finished. So onto the actual repair portion. I sent the ring in waited two weeks with no response from them. I Called in asking how the repair was going. Apparently there was some confusion about me having wedding bands soldered to the ring. Not sure what stopped them from contacting me or when they were actually going to do that. I also don't see how that hindered their repair in anyway. I asked if they would be adding onto the claws as I thought they looked worn down. The person on the phone never heard of such a thing. So I pay the bill and receive the ring with now looks phenomenal again! Although they have clearly added onto the claws so I'm not sure why the person on the phone thought that was nonsense. In the end the ring looks fantastic so the workmanship is excellent, I just wished whoever is on the phone had the same attention to detail.

Here is the diamond that was longing for in the video. There is shine that I longed for. A beautiful diamond that shines white in the room and rainbow-colored outside. It must be strange that there is no name recognition in Japan. It is a shop recommended to friends with confidence. Thank you for a great deal !

I purchased a one carat diamond solitaire engagement ring from Brian Gavin Diamonds based on reputation for superior cut. We were not disappointed. The brilliance of the stone is amazing! I made a mistake on the ring size, so it had to go back for a resize. Staffers Emily and Devorah were very responsive and great communication every step of the way. We soon had the ring back and the fit was perfect. Very satisfied and will go back for future diamond needs.

We worked with Emily on a new cushion diamond and wedding set for our 15-year anniversary. Emily provided exceptional service throughout the process. She called me first when I filled out an online inquiry about the diamond and answered all of my questions. Emily also sent me several links to settings based on the styles I mentioned liking. She is knowledgeable and will guide you without imposing her own preferences. I had many more questions in the days that followed about settings, melee, wedding bands, sizing... Emily attentively responded to all of my emails and even took my call at the very end of the day on a Friday (6 pm in Houston, I think)! We chose a setting and wedding band that had not yet been made for a cushion, plus we requested some custom touches. The project moved quickly from that point, and every step of the way Emily and Brian Gavin Diamonds delivered beautiful work and exceptional service. They even shipped the rings five days ahead of schedule! We are beyond thrilled with how the set turned out - even more beautiful than we could have imagined. If you are looking for a wedding set or any diamond jewelry, you will be very happy with Brian Gavin Diamonds. As far as pricing, we tried on rings and requested prices in a few stores - well known chain jewelers as well as a famous Tampa wholesaler. The set we ultimately bought from Brian Gavin includes ideal cut melee (not standard at major jewelers), is more substantial than similar styles available locally, and was better priced, too! I highly recommend choosing a Brian Gavin Signature style.

My wife to be loves the diamond! Her .95 basically looks like a full carat. The diamond is eye clean and it’s a G too boot! Emily was great and helped me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My only regret is not getting the setting from them as well.
