My fiance bought my engagement ring in October 2019. With our wedding postponed to June 2021, I hadn't sent the ring in for cleaning or service until recently. My platinum had gotten pretty scuffed over the last year and half and I was discouraged that it wouldn't look shiny and beautiful on the day of the wedding or ever again really. I just sent the ring in for cleaning and IT LOOKS BRAND NEW AGAIN! I couldn't believe it. All of the scuffs and dents ARE GONE and it is as shiny as the day I first got it. Not only was the quality of the work phenomenal, Lesley was amazing to work with. It can be scary sending your most valued piece of jewelry half way across the country via mail for service. But Lesley made the whole process seamless. She was responsive, reassuring, and a true pleasure to work with. I will continue to get my ring serviced with BG without reservations and continue to purchase my jewelry from BG. The quality and customer service is unmatched. Happy customer!

Brian Gavin diamonds are definitely one of a kind! I purchased one from the Black by BG line and am absolutely happy with the diamond. I've researched into purchasing diamonds for the past year and it was a friend of mine who recommended BG. I live in Ireland and none of the jewellers here pay as much attention to a diamond's detail as BG does. I needed the ring to be ready within a week (including its purchase, setting and shipping) and hands down to Jamie and Lesley who were so patient with me and extremely helpful in getting the ring sorted and shipped on time. Emily and Lesley were very patient with me. I spent way too many hours looking at diamonds but they patiently worked with me and helped me land on the perfect one. Lesley was so helpful and nailed the ring size with just me describing my girlfriends build.
