I am from Taiwan. This is my second online purchase abroad but it is the first time I have purchased high-value diamonds. Everything is full of uncertainty, but the purchase page has a clear purchase process and information, which allows me to purchase high-quality diamonds of diamonds. In Taiwan, the price of diamonds is chaotic and high. The general public does not know what a "Super Ideal Cut Diamond" is. Some merchants selling Super Ideal Cut Diamonds have relatively loose diamond specifications, and they have to pay 30%~50 % above premium. Buying diamonds at Brian Gavin Diamonds is a great experience. In the future, I will continue to buy diamonds, but only "Brian Gavin Diamonds" is my first choice. Thank you Tsung-Yuan

I have a Dimond that has the cut grade "good" on GIA scale, which is to be frank very bad for a diamond. I found BGD on Google after searching for Super ideal cut diamonds and was very excited to see they have a recutting service. I am from out of state and so sending my stone to a remote place as a first time customer is a very scary experience. I decided to give it a go, and got in touch with Jamie. After I sent my stone, I got an email confirmation from Jaime immediately which was very reassuring. Then I got a call from Brian Gavin to consult about the proposed recut which was a very good experience to have as a customer. The recut took a while, but the result is worth every day waiting. The story was my stone was recut by their staff once but upon final check, Brian Gavin wasn't happy with the result and sent it back to be perfected. I really appreciate Brian standing behind his quality and ensures every stone is taken care of with utmost respect like it's his own. My stone only lost very little carat weight but it is now shining like I have never seen before. HCA score of 1 and AGS000. I did not want to sell my stone and simply buy a new one since it is my engagement ring stone and it has a lot of sentimental feelings attached to it, and it is now perfect after recutting. I am beyond happy with my experience with BGD. Jamie was very patient with me during this lengthy process and provided me with updates whenever necessary. Thank you BGD and Jamie for your great service. Definitely will be back and will recommend you to everyone I know! Brian Gavin created the most beautiful 5-stone diamond ring for me. Communication with Emily was patient and responsive when I had questions. Hands down the best customer service. I cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first purchase from Brian Gavin. I was shopping for a diamond solitaire ring and considered several other vendors, but Brian Gavin's website was the most informative and transparent, and I completed my purchase with confidence that the diamond cut quality would be the best available. The ring replaces a vintage 1999 engagement ring from Tiffany & Co., and, when I had the new Brian Gavin ring to compare side by side, I was shocked by the degree of visual difference. The (VS1) stones matched on clarity rating, for example, but the Tiffany diamond looked strangely more opaque and almost foggy, though it had been recently cleaned. The sparkle of the BG was also far superior. I had considered Tiffany again for this "upgrade," and found the level of information provided regarding the cut of each diamond to be unsatisfactory, though, of course, the rings were beautiful in the store lighting. A comparable ring from Tiffany also would have been about 6K more, and I did not feel the pat assurances about their cut quality being "the best" were warranted. I found the sales assistance at BG to be prompt and polite. I did have some difficulty with the online checkout, as I paid by wire in order to receive the discount, then had to deal with some discrepancies regarding the amount due. In case this website issue isn't resolved soon, I suggest taking screenshots during the checkout process to verify the amount due. I was able to resolve the issue quickly, and, afterward, everything went smoothly. The ring was finished on time, and I was called to verify that I would be in town to pick up the shipment. The ring was delivered to a FedEx location rather than my address, minimizing the risk of theft. Overall, my experience was very good. This is a trusted vendor with a high quality product. I am likely to purchase jewelry from BG again.

Buying a diamond isn't always simple but maybe it shouldn't be. My credit card payment stalled because BOA thought I'd paid for the diamond 3 times.But Lesley worked with me until the transaction was completed. I have the loveliest Asscher cut now, it came securely and beautifully packaged. And they emailed numerous images, which are so nice to save. This is my third diamond from Brian Gavin Diamonds in four years. Their excellent reputation is well-deserved.

Purchase could not be executed on website. Salesperson helped to transact but with a comment that she doesn’t understand why I was having problem when “thousands” of online transactions were taking place “all the time.” Mmmm! Okay!!! Also, never received an inbound call from the company before, during and after order. Five figure order! Reporting without snark. Crossing finger that stone is worth the experience but resorting to old adage that ignorance is bliss.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Brian Gavin Diamonds. I chose a diamond from Black line, which I knew that it would have the best light performance. However, I had a little issue with the setting. The initial setting didn't come out the way I expected but the team instantly took my feedback, started over the process, and presented me with a PERFECT ring. The craftsmanship is top-notch and I adore every detail of the ring. It was worth the wait and I'm extremely happy with my ring. Emily, Lesley, Brian and the rest of the team truly blew me away. I ordered a Brian Gavin Black Diamond for a pendant. It is absolutely stunning and beautiful. My wife loves it! Incredible craftsmanship and quality.
