Best experience in every possible way. I spoke with Brian in the very beginning, but worked closely with Lesley throughout. She was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns, and believe me I had tons! I was a little hesitant to buy such a an expensive piece without seeing it in person, but their professionalism and honesty, made the experience flawless and reassuring. Lesley was wonderful to work with. i had, had being the operative word, a pair of diamond huggies that i'd gotten from brian gavin many years ago. they were accidently thrown away after a CT scan. the exact earrings were no longer available but Lesley was able to secure a very close match to what i had foolishly lost. i can't rave enough about the quality of the earrings i received, and just as important, the care and service that was provided. She went above and beyond to get me a suitable replacement.

I have read reviews about how diamonds in brick and mortar stores are rip offs but then how can I trust an online store? This is what is going through my mind while reading reviews on websites and youtube videos. I discovered that cut is the best thing to consider when purchasing a diamond so i bravely went to the Brian Gavin website and was able to chat with Emily and she was very helpful. She told me about them accepting credit cards (instead of a wire transfer as I live outside the US). I thought a credit card purchase is safer as I can contest the charge if the item was not delivered and if the diamond was not real. She also told me that it will come with an insurance just in case of theft upon delivery. The diamond came and the shop where I bought the setting thought that it was a really nice piece despite me buying a lower color grade. Thanks Brian Gavin! I am looking forward to my next purchase!

Wouldn't buy a diamond anywhere else

Couldn't find any quality rings on hand matching what I wanted in the local area. The closest thing was a ring with a smaller-carat, signature-cut diamond. And the price was totally unreasonable. Knowing the pricing was unreasonable simply because the jeweler is used to people not investigating the true value of their investments/purchases, I did some investigating of diamond values and came across Brian Gavin's products. I don't generally trust media/print, but time and time again, all reviews we well above 4/5 stars. It took me an hour or two to understand how to navigate and use the the BG site (key is to understand how to search for diamonds- the difference between stock diamonds and Brian's signature cuts is important to understand). Once I had that figured out, I quickly determined the setting and diamond of choice. I reached out to BG that night, and the next morning, they promptly helped answer my questions regarding lead times and turnaround so that I could understand if I could get the ring in alignment with my target date. Not only did they set the diamond in a ring for me within two weeks, but they had it done within 8 business days; I had the ring in hand 13 days after my purchase. Everything went quick and smooth, and the diamond quality and size are far greater than anything I could ask for locally. Not just a great piece of jewelry, but a great investment!

We didn't do things in the usual order. Three years ago we bought her wedding band from Brian Gavin, which she loves (a scattered diamond band in white gold). Now we got her the matching engagement ring, 'scattered truth' style in white gold, with a one carat H, VS1 Hearts & Arrows diamond. It is absolutely beautiful. The diamond is so brilliant. We are very, very happy to have bought her rings from Brian Gavin.

Can't even begin to understand how to choose what I want. Do you sell other shapes of diamonds. I do Not want a round stone. I am 80 yrs old so that might be the problem, ha ha.

The flower of paradis pendant is really gorgeous. The size of the pendant is perfect, the whole procedure only took one week, which is faster than I expected.

Engagement ring bought at Brian Gavin and shipped to Scotland - fantastic communication throughout ordering process by Emily, who helped me pick out the perfect diamond to my specifications and advised on the setting too. The benefit of in-house diamonds. Delivery was speedy to Malaysia. Ordered early morning Thursday, received on the following Tuesday afternoon. Good job This is the new and improved Quadex, which is a modified square brilliant. It is now making a return back to Brian Gavin Diamonds and it is a better version than the earlier one with strong light return at the table of the diamond. Good alternative for those who want something other than the good old round brilliant. In fact, a good choice for a men's ring IMO.
