BGD is simply amazing. Emily is unbelievable patient, polite and helpful. Every question is answered in a maximum of 24h hours, but mostly much earlier. Shipping to Europe is no problem at all as BGD does all the customs work for you. You only have to pay the customs to FedEx when you receive the parcel, that is all. According the diamonds quality there is simply nothing better to get anywhere, it is as simple as that. I will definately buy again at BGD!

I had such a great experience with Jamie, Lesley, and the Brian Gavin team! I ordered a bezel pendant with one of their Quadex stones, and the first rendition wasn't quite what I had in my head. They offered to remake it and even sent me CADs. I was blown away with both the customer service and the pendant! It's AMAZING and EXACTLY what I wanted! I love it! This wasn't my first order from BGD, and it certainly won't be the last. Their diamonds are terrific and so are the people. I cannot recommend them enough!

I love my earrings! They are exactly what I was looking for! The design (v-prong lever backs) is elegant but simple, and so comfortable. I don’t need to take them off, or worry that they will come off. I can even sleep in them - a huge plus in my book! My review is four stars because I would have appreciated a general shipping estimate with my order confirmation. I called BGD for a ship date. It turned out to be a internal production date for completion of the settings, not the actual ship date for the earrings. When they didn’t ship, I called again and received a revised, and actual, ship date. That said, I found the online selection and ordering process quite easy. The shipping process also went very smoothly. And I do love my beautiful sparkly earrings!
