A very easy purchase throughout the entire process. The staff was very friendly and always supported me with the changes I needed to make. The diamond is beautiful. Just change the ring boxes. They are a bit simple and the color is ugly.

Emily helped me with upgrading the diamond in my engagement ring made by Brian Gavin Diamonds 15 years ago. She gave great advice in picking a new stone. Instead of setting the new diamond in the original setting, they replaced the original diamond with a lab diamond and replicated the ring for the new larger diamond. They were able to make the bands, which have 20 tiny diamonds in them, identical to each other. Both rings are perfect in every way! The lab diamond is as beautifully cut and sparkly as the natural diamond. I think this is my fifth custom-made purchase from them and I'm already working on purchase six. Their custom jewelry work is always impeccable, just as their diamonds are.
