Yes it’s nerve racking shipping or receiving something expensive but the team at Brian Gavin excellent service and communication to make it a seamless process.

Fortunately Gavin had the necklace in stock that matched the Kalim earrings I bought on sale from a jeweler near me that retired. The manufacturer no longer has a US distributor. I lucked out and Gavin shipped the necklace to me. The s&h was more expensive than I would typically spend but felt it was worth it.

After asking her opinion about that stone and several others, she made a completely different recommendation that I decided to purchase. Arrival was prompt from FedEx and the lab diamond, WOW. It is gorgeous and at the jeweler today for setting. I was happy to replace a moissanite stone in the ring that looked ok, but the diamond is much more beautiful. Thank you!
