Overall Excellent Experience, Emily helped me over the phone and was highly active communicating to me via email and phone. She was able to get an engagement ring in time for Christmas and was extremely polite and helpful throughout the process. For me is the best
I’m an experienced diamond buyer who was very impressed with their premium lab grown selection. I appreciate having visual tools like the Aset, different lighting videos, and GIA/AGS reports available to make my decision. I just wish they had greater magnified views like JA. They were fast on shipping and to my surprise, included a nice Ideal scope to view the hearts and arrows! The stone I picked performed beyond my expectations and at a great price.
