I can't say enough good things about Brian Gavin and his team. My wife and I have been married since 1989 and unfortunitly her engagement ring was lost. After visiting several local jewelers, I thought to myself that their top of the line diamonds did not have the fire and brilliance that the original diamond had. I started researching online and on YouTube to educate myself on what makes a best of the best diamond. Long story short, I discovered Brian Gavin and their "Black" line of diamonds. I worked with Emily, who was fantastic and super knowledgeable, and purchased a 1 carat Black diamond in a simple but elegant setting. You have to see this ring to take in how awesome it is. Talk about sparkling - OMG. People have come up to us saying they noticed it from a distance and had to comment on it. Exceeded my expectations! The glow that this ring brought to my wife's face when I surprised her with it was priceless! She is so at peace again to be able to pass this on to our daughter in the future - just as her mother passed on her ring.

Beautiful diamonds. It's great to know that you can trust their diamond quality, even though it tends to be more expensive than other websites (e.g., James Allen). They have a great collection of designer settings - I loved the Sylvie ones. Definitely use their chatting capability - their customer service is very responsive and helpful. Remember that if you get a designer setting that's considered custom and non-refundable.

The amethyst looks stunning. Color tone and cut are what I was looking for. There was some miscommunication and the item was sent before my sis check-in to the hotel but Leslie went the extra mile to call up the hotel and spoke to the front desk so they are aware that a package will reach the hotel and is for a guest arriving a day later. Great customer service from the team.
