I had been looking at Brian Gavin diamonds for a number of years, as I am based in Australia, I was always apprehensive about purchasing something as expensive as a diamond and having faith that what I would be getting everything that I am only seeing virtually through a website. From the start the customer service was fantastic, Emily was always very quick to respond to my inquiries be it via email or even making time to call me at a time that suited both of our time zones. I have to say the website is fantastic for showing you what the loose diamonds you are buying look like and have all of the Gem certifications available as well. From the time of my order because I added a beautiful ‘Sylvie - Carina’ ring for the stone to be set in, I was advised this would take about 4 weeks (16 Nov). I mentioned to Emily that I wasn’t in much of a rush but to my surprise the ring was finished on Wed 6 Dec and already being shipped, it arrived promptly at 1pm on Mon 11 Dec. This was simply an incredible turn around time and the Diamond is every bit as stunning as what was shown on the website - I purchased a Brian Gavin Blue diamond and the fluorescence under UV lighting is a beautiful cool blue, so unique! I cannot recommend this company enough and I will certainly be coming back again for my daughter’s 21st diamond!

So is EMILY'S very personable service, I rely on her input (I'm long distance) and it is part of why I returned for a second purchase. Contemplating a third!
