Accessory arrived in great time, responses from initial order could be more confident giving, however I presume this is due current staffing and c19, overall a v good experience

As a self employed gardener I knew it was time to upgrade my ladder in time for doing hedges and the folding ladder with safety rail I purchased from BPS Access Solutions is bang on for what I need. The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast. The actual ladder is really well made sturdy and light weight. The safety rail is easy to assemble and use. Overall a great company with fantastic products I shall definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing ladders!!

We ordered an tripod ladder from the company over the phone, with the assurance that it would arrive the following Tuesday. ( Ordered on Saturday) It was required for a job. Unfortunately, the member of staff that took the order was unaware that the particular ladder came from the manufacturer and was not in stock! I believe this has now been rectified. We also experienced problems with the courier, meaning it didn't arrive until the 22nd, over a week later. I have given 3 stars as BPS have been very apologetic, and the courier issues were out of their control. Ladder is great.

Purchased a 5 metre tower but need more height. Contacted BPS who quickly pointed me in the direction of extension kit. Arrived in 3 days

Bought a triple ladder. Really please with the quality, price and service I received. The ladder was at the best price I could find, but importantly its really well built. It's also very versatile as it can be used in multiple formats. Final, its nice and light to move around even though it extends to over 6m.

Purchased a 7 step ladder with platform in Fibreglass as I was looking for a strong lightweight pair of steps for cutting a large hedge from. These are perfect strong safe and extremely well made and at a very good price. Delivered in two days to my door, perfect.
