Great item, great company, ladder arrived swiftly and on time. Would deal with this company again.

Sold me a ladder claiming next day delivery, took money and then 4 days later I call them and they say they dont have it in stock, will be weeks till I can get it. Just rubbish.

I got what I asked for. And no problems with the construction of the product would use you again.

Excellent quality, no knots as described, very easily lowered and raised due to good mechanism. A great sturdy feel to it, and good depth to the steps. Well packaged and easy to follow instructions. Would well recommend this product as they do feel much better than a ladder

I bought one of BPS's new range of telescoping multi-purpose ladders for a hallway and staircase decorating project. I'm pleased with the ladder which arrived next day. The step platform accessory that I ordered is less impressive. It does not hook into the ladder's side rung holes as I had anticipated, and I am not convinced that it is fit for standing on. O.K. as a shelf however.

We bought a 5m tower and a 2m extension tower in September.They were delivered quickly with no fuss. We did notice one corner of the 2m package had been bashed. This week we unpacked the 2m and 2 of the ladder legs had been bent and there was a dent in one of the sides. We sent pictures after speaking to a very helpful person at BPS. We received replacements the next day. This company sells a good quality product at a reasonable price and provides excellent customer service. Thankyou

I bought a Tower scaffold system last year which has been excellent , however I accidentally damaged a couple of claws on one of the platforms. A quick email to BPS to price replacements resulted in two new claws arriving FOC in the post a couple of days later. Fantastic customer care!
