I really like Better Impact for the most part. There are a few quirky things that I wish were more customizable and the text message part needs work to really be effective. But it is awesome for scheduling, tracking time given, tracking awards, creating and accepting applications, and archiving volunteer information. The good things definitely outweigh the quirks.

Better Impact is a good system for managing volunteers. There are many features that can help an organization manage all aspects of a volunteer program. I appreciate that Better Impact is constantly evolving and improving functionality.

Better Impact is a great system, with regular enhancements. I love the new feature of going back and viewing recent pages - its a great time saver (and helps with back tracking when you get distracted with the norm day to day interruptions).

There are plenty of features to use and it's very interactive and user friendly. I would recommend any/ every organisation to use it, especially those in my organisation right now who do not know what they're missing out on.

Better Impact works great for our organization! They helped us get set up and transfer data, gave us tutorials and staff training, and are quick to answer our questions. They are always looking to improve the software with updates coming out on the regular. We have 550 regular volunteers and this has made recruitment, data administration, training and scheduling a breeze!

The Better Impact system is a very helpful and seamless system for volunteers to log their hours, undertake learning modules, review any actions needed to be carried out on their part and much more. The configuration of these functionalities for administrators is made a lot easier through the help of the very friendly support staff and training videos!

I have been in the software business since its beginning as a salesman, manager, sales manager, owner and consultant. I have worked with many different kinds of application software and with a ton of companies. I would rank Better Impact as number 1 of all of them - for their wonderful software for volunteers and the outstanding service. I can't say enough about the flexibility of the software and with flexibility comes complexity. While there are great videos, I have been stuck and had to use chat support (the best way to go - they will call you if you need it). I have never been told "it's in the videos" nor have I been denied any assistance. You can't do any better than that. The new user interface took a bit to learn, and as someone who used to implement software for others, I have learned that a small learning curve is normal.

I've been a volunteer coordinator for almost 12 years and have used several different programs to manage our team's information. Better Impact is by far the best. The responsiveness and helpfulness of their team is reason enough to recommend this software, but not the only reason I love it. It's intuitive and user-friendly for both admins and volunteers, easy to track changes and updates, customizable to our organization, has robust help options, is competitively priced, has regular updates where they actually integrate customer suggestions, and so much more. I would highly recommend it.

I have utilized Better Impact in multiple organizations I have worked/volunteered at. It is definitely top-tier when in comes to volunteer management software and is highly beneficial to being able to effectively and efficiently manage volunteer programs - of upwards of 400+ individuals!

Better Impact is an amazing software/website/database that has helped me so much with my volunteer program. Every employee I've spoken to at Better Impact has been very professional and helpful. I continue to be amazed that their performance and their product.

1. The software is designed specifically to improve efficiencies in the "Volunteer" Management field. 2. It is a Canadian software product/company. 3. Privacy is of the utmost importance. 4. Regular upgrades (as per clients and support is ALWAYS available. 5. Customizable, yet already set up for access to a myriad of user friendly features making any volunteer administrator more efficient.

I hate the new look. Its very cartoonish and unprofessional.

2 stars for the new update. I do not think the new updated version of BI is better in terms of the layout at all. I think it looks messy, confusing, unprofessional. I do not like the big green circles, there are too many words in the same size and not enough blank space, makes it hard to read and figure out how to navigate the actual functions. I much prefer a standard layout where it looks modern and professional. This looks like something from the early 2000s. Please re-update and make it look as professional as it used to! I am a millennial and do not need large emoji type buttons on this. Save that for snap or insta! (Other than that the functions of Better Impact are great).

A quality product with great tools for administrators to make it their own and an amazing and responsive support staff.
