I ordered 3 items off of this company. They sent one item which wasn't the right item. I have tried to get a refund and they won't do. I am now going through my credit card company trying to get the money back. Addit: 13/04/2015 Liam from Better Battery wrote that I had not not collected the parcel - this is untrue I collected the parcel and found that that instead of the three batteries I had ordered I had received one battery of a type I had not ordered. On dealing with Issac from better battery they were unable to reassure me that I would receive the batteries I ordered. Instead of their promised immediate replacement as stated on their website the whole process was going to take in excess of two weeks. I cancelled the order asking for a refund and got a lot vague statements about a refund but nothing concrete, so not feeling entirely happy about this I have contacted my credit card company to stop the transaction and refund me my money. I informed Better Battery of this, which I didn't have to do, and after that Liam from them posted the untrue statement below. Any company that has to lie like this to discredit an unhappy customer on a review site is not one anyone should do business with.

I have made several purchases with this company over the last 6-8 months, and have not regretted a single one. I have purchased various camera batteries, mains chargers and printer toner cartridges. The website is clean and easy to navigate, the products they sell are in excellent and as described condition, and they have a great return policy (which I have not had to use yet!). They are prompt in sending information about the order, and also having it posted.

Have purchased 4 odd batteries so far. All of the batteries have functioned satisfactorily. I appreciate the conservative labelling of the battery capacity. Delivery times are excellent as is service and follow up. Purchasing via by pay pal is a little onerous ' like to see it sharpened up.

I've purchased quite a few camera batteries from these guys (nikon and fuji cameras) and the products are top quality, they seem to perform as well or better than the genuine manufacturers products. Shipping is fast, would recommend them to anyone looking to save a substantiate amount on camera batteries.
