I needed a charger for my 2004 Panasonic camcorder camera and, whola! , Better Batt. had it in stock, and was reasonably priced. On the phone service was quick, efficient, and friendly. No worries. I ordered today and will see if it comes within the given time frame.

I ordered a battery and charger for my camera on the weekend, and within 2 business days it arrived and it was delivered at home, instead of at a post office, which has been the case with other companies in the past. My first time doing business with Better Batt, but I hope/know it wont be the last if I need their services again. For response, tracking and packaging alone they get 5 stars from me. Right now my charger is charging my battery... I thought I'd still be waiting for my order to arrive. Happy days!! Thanks guys, and congratulations for being so awesome!

Worst customer service - Ate chips in my ear, kept transferring me around the office whilst I was calling to tell them the Battery Grip they told me would work DID NOT and now wont reply or call back as they keep promising.

I ordered batteries for my JVC Everio Camcorder from the list of compatible batteries. The batteries arrived within days, but unfortunately they generated an error message on my camcorder. After many emails, to and from Noreen, I received replacement batteries which worked fine. It appears that JVC Everio Camcorders have a code to try and prevent use of other than genuine batteries. I would definitely order batteries from Better Batt again. Would have been 5 Stars but response to my my emails could have been much, much quicker. If you are ordering batteries for a JVC Everio I would definitely advise Better Batt of this so that the correct batteries can be sent first time.

Less than 48 hours turn around delivery from placing order on Monday night. Well done guys and for future ordering will definitely order from you guys again.

excellent company to deal with. The range of batteries is huge , the buying process quick and painless and postage fast. I have dealt with Better Batt on previous occasions and because of the service provided I have no hesitation in using them again and in recommending their services to others. Their prices are very competitive ( usually cheaper ) and I have found that the quality of the different batteries I have purchased ( Canon digital camera , Go Pro camera , Nikon Digital camera ) are equal to or BETTER than the same type batteries from other suppliers . As an example of price , a friend of mine has been paying between $25 to $30 each for his hero 3 batteries plus extra for postage to remote area of S.A. I have just purchased 2 of the exact same batteries for the total sum of $33:10 that included tracking on the parcel . I ordered them online at 6:50 P.M. Thursday the 15th March and they were handed to me 9 A.M.this morning 21st March. Not bad , from Sydney to outer N/Eastern South Aust. in that time , even more so when you consider the fact that an ordinary letter posted from Adelaide can and usually does take , more than a week to arrive here .Unless the unthinkable happens and their service deteriorates , and I don't think this will happen , I will not even consider using anyone else. Why should I? As the old saying goes " when you are on a good thing , stick to it !" Many thanks to the people of Better Batt. for supplying Good , sometimes hard to source , and ALWAYS well priced batteries . Plus , of course , for the peace of mind that dealing with people of this caliber brings . Unfortunately , in this day and age , more and more shoddy dealers and products are appearing , the staff at Better Batt. do NOT come into this category , you can TRUST these people !
