Had to hunt down salesperson to help me.
I want to seize this opportunity to inform you that I am not satisfied with the treatment I received from your delivery crew, I don't have any problem with the purchase crew. The treatment I received was unprofessional. I clearly indicated that as they deliver the new dresser and mirror, they will pick up the one that was removed. Can you believe that they did not remove it as stated in my contract? They made me understand that they will not touch it. They left it upstairs and went away. I asked them to move it downstairs but they still refused. Inwas charged a fee to remove the old dresser when the new one was delivered. I want to be given credit for that. I have to get someone to remove the old equipment. Please talk with your workers and ask them to behave like professionals. Thats all I want to say for now. Thanks eronica Onwuka

The salesperson was nice, however we were sold couch with a fabric patter that was discontinued. We received a call about this a few days later and had to go back to the store and pick out a new fabric.
My order was delivered on time, no hustle, great service.

My fiancé and I were shopping for a slip-covered sectional for our new home and had compared a few options from different stores. The customer service at Bernie and Phyl's, along with the quality furniture, sold us on their sofa. We had a wonderful experience with Chris who helped us through the process. In fact, he was so helpful without being pushy, that we ended up buying several other pieces of furniture that we were not planning to buy yet. His sense of design, knowledge of the furniture and laid-back sales style were the perfect combination--go shop with Chris and you will never have more fun shopping for furniture!

Delivery guys were great, as well as, being very helpful. Had an issue with 1 piece of furniture and they are going to replace it within 1 day.
We were shopping for our condo clubhouse. We told salesman what type of furniture we were looking for and he kindly directed us. The salesman Scott Gobin was very helpful. He knew everything from why leather is an easier furniture to care for, what lengths and styles you had. He let us view as long as we wanted and didn't feel rushed. He was very personable and kind. We plan to return and work with him again.

Salesperson was great. Customer service very efficient with calls and emails reminding me of delivery. Delivery people were there right on time and put my furniture together and cleaned up all the boxes and wrappings. Good experience !!
Shout out to Melissa at the Bernie And Phyls in Hyannis! She went out of her way to get me chair measurements for slipcovers. I ended up buying a couch, chair, ottoman, and coffee table through her. She was awesome!!!

I was happy with the opportunity to browse but once we were ready to buy there was an awkward moment when our salesperson left without us knowing if he would come back. However, there was another salesperson who finished the sale and I was happy to hear about the policy of the store credit if we don’t use the furniture protection we purchased.
7:15 AM is before 8 am!! The delivery guys were great, they waited for me to arrive (a bit before the 8 AM time you kept incorrectly telling me was the start of the four hour window.) YOU NEED IMPROVEMENT--my calls, the messages from you etc--all said "four hour window, 8 am to noon." When did I get a call (automatic) that they would be there in 10 minutes??? At...7:06 AM. I do not live there---so--YOU mislead us all!! Say "7 AM to noon"---and I would have been there at 7 AM!! Instead--major stress, rushing through traffic---etc--since the delivery truck was there at 7:15 AM GREAT if I lived there--but NOT OK since you said "8 to noon"--be clear, do not mislead us.
