Good customer service with purchase, excellent follow up about date and time of delivery. Installers not able to put back bed frame and headboard as it had been originally. . “Had wrong truck”- no drill to connect them.
We ordered a bunk bed for our 2 grandchildren in February (Presidents Day Sale). At the first delivery (March 31) we discovered they did not have the correct pieces that we had ordered with it (ladder and railing), and the assemblers had painted over some rub-marks that they made during assembly, that could have been cleaned off but had now been permanently marked up. The second visit to deliver the correct pieces (April 27) proved that the bed had been incorrectly (unsafely) assembled the first time, and the same incorrect pieces were brought for the second setup. In early May we went to the Nashua store and spoke with a manager about the scratches and the pieces we were waiting for. He was very nice and offered to reorder the entire bed (all the pieces). He said it was showing availability by June 3. Our granddaughter is coming to live with us on June 15. We had the existing bed pieces picked up, so the room is empty except for the mattresses. We called the store on June 5 to inquire about the delivery date, and it had been pushed to the last week in June. The store manager was mortified, but said he had no control over the manufacturer. In the meantime, we looked at 2 other furniture stores for a suitable bunk bed and could find nothing we liked or that was available within a 2 week time frame, so we thought a few weeks with our granddaughter on the floor wouldn't be terrible. The bed is now expected to be delivered at the end of July. I don't see how Bernie and Phil's can display and offer a piece of furniture which is not actually available for SIX months-if ever! I will never do business with this store again!
Both of the salesmen that we worked with were excellent and attentive. From helping us create the couch that we'd want for our new space and then helping us find the right mattress that works with 2 very different styles of sleeping, it was a pleasant experience! I don't know why we ever look at other furniture stores, we always find what we want at B&P and it's ALWAYS for the right price.
Our sales person Heidi was nice but not knowledgeable or efficient - after having not purchased furniture in many years - I must say that when we made the decision - it took her a very long time to "put" it all in the computer. She also didn't explain the refund policy properly - when I returned a piece of our sectional I was informed of this and was taken care with the best customer service of all!

First time at Bernie & Phyl's....So many choices!!! Layout of the store made it easy to browse...our salesman was very professional, very nice, didn't make us feel rushed, and was very efficient in explaining prices, discounts, lay-away, delivery!!! Needed a couple more hours to be there to see all that you offer!!😊👍

It took them over a week to figure out the fabric we ordered is no longer available. We chose another fabric and they just called and said it would be delayed by a week. Not sure if I will go back again.
