My wife and I went in to buy a mattress. Our salesperson was very personable and knowledgeable. After asking us what we were looking for, he pointed us straight to the mattress we ended up buying. We tried others, but he was right! He showed us all our options, but was never pushy or trying to upsell us the whole time. The woman who checked us out was professional, yet very personable as well.

We always used to be a Jordan Furniture family but ever since we order our first bedroom set we have never gone back! Most of our house is full Bernie and Phyl furniture, you could make it into a showroom. Amazing sales associates, very friendly couriers, and fast customer service. Might be expensive to some but totally worth it!

Maria was great at helping us with our bedroom set and we even got a living room set!

I am very happy so far with our sofa set.

Ordering on line was very easy the representative I spoke with was able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I was kept apprised of the delivery window then the drivers called on the day to let me know exactly when he would be there. They brought the box springs to the bedroom, put them in the beds and also put the mattresses back on the beds. A great experience!! Will be safe in touch soon to order another box spring for a new double bed my daughter is giving me.

Most of my furniture is from Bernie and Phyl's. I have a living room set and my dining room set and server from their store. I am always pleased with the customer service.

The associate (Allison) that helped us throughout the purchase was very knowledgeable. We told her what we were looking for and she brought us to the display. The bedroom suite that we picked out online was even more stunning in the store. When I asked her if there was anything else that she thought we might like, she didn't hesitate to take us around to look and frankly we ended up right where we started. Can't wait for delivery day!!

From the moment we walked in we were stalked around the whole store. We were shopping for my son and his wife and they were not sure what they wanted, so they just wanted to walk around and sit on stuff until they had an idea of what they wanted. The salesman that greeted us as we can in followed not far behind as we made our way around the showroom. We stated that we were just wanted to try stuff out and think about what might look good in the room at the house. My son's wife wanted to leave as the salesman just followed us around and would interject comments as we tried stuff out. We told him once we had an idea and were ready that we would come and find him, but this didn't stop him from hovering around us every time we moved. We ended up staying and putting in an order. The sales guy who followed us around ended up helping us. He told us that we could have the furniture delivered Friday 6/15 and my son said Sat 6/16 would be better as he'd be home from work. A few days later I got a call saying that the computer was wrong and was somehow off a week and now things would not be ready until 6/23. They were excited to have the furniture before Father's Day as they are planning on having family over.

We went to the Saugus store with intention to buying only a mattress. The salesman Domenic, was very good and not pushy. We purchased a mattress, box springs, and head and foot boards. We are very pleased with the purchase. Also the delivery guys are great...
