Delivery was a bit confusing as we received two different dates and times from two different sources - but other than that - everything went great.

The shopping experience was pleasant...no salespeople following us around, The only question was whether we wanted coffee or water. When we did decide on a few pieces, we contacted a member of the sales team who facilitated the purchases in a pleasant and efficient manner. Our only drawback was that we had to wait 5/6 weeks for one item. Overall a great experience

Went to B +P 4 times to decide on a chair. Was not acknowledged by anyone at any time. The last time i was there I went to customer service, voiced my complaint and was only told "sorry that happened ". I got up to leave and said to the young man, "even you didn't help me " . I sent an email to explain what happened to corporate and was contacted by a manager from the Nashua store who was very nice. I then purchased the chair directly from him as I didn't want to go back to the store. It got delivered a few days later only to be the wrong color, I ordered bark (brown) but was delivered black. My husband was the one who was home when it was delivered and he didn't know it was the wrong color. I called customer service (508) area code and was basically told that I was wrong, the bark color was delivered and I must have different lighting in my house and that there was no way a black chair was delivered because her paperwork said it was brown (bark). I told her that I knew the difference between black and brown at which point she told me I was being rude and she didn't have to talk to me until my attitude changed.!! I was furious at that point and ended the conversation. Also during delivery my husband was not given anything to sign saying that the chair was delivered. The black chair was also damaged on the arm and top of the chair. I returned to the store after work the next day and went immediately to customer service. I had taken pictures of the chair in my living room and took pictures of both chairs in the store. I had to go to the same young man who I had problems with the last time I was there, told him we were going to play a game, what color was the chair in my house. Of course he said black and I proceeded to explain everything that had transpired in the last 24 hours, the wrong damaged chair, rude and insulting customer service at corporate..etc. He got the manager immediately. I had to repeat the story from the beginning again which at this point I was getting angry about the whole experience at shopping at Bernie and Phyls. Long story short the correct chair was delivered today and the black chair was removed. I can't see me shopping for anything from the Nashua Bernie and Phyls store and I will be going back to Jordan's or Ashley in the future. It's sad when sales people, customer service, management and corporate all can't do their jobs but yet are still employed!! Buyer beware!

Phil was both helpful and knowledgeable. After ordering a Daniel's Amish dresser we were fortunate enough to find a Daniel's Amish table in the clearance center. The table was wrapped for us and the crew went above and beyond what we expected. Thank you. Larry & Linda Thomas

Our experience with Bernie and Phyl's has been great. From the ordering to the delivery set up. The whole transaction was like a fine wine....smooth and easy....Thank you so much. Would recomend to anyone ! :D

I had a terrible delivery experience! They arrived 3 hours late after I was told by many times they were only 5-10 minutes away! I live in Ma and came to NH for the delivery only to have to argue with your employees. Not one of them was apologetic or did or said anything to try to help other than telling me they could reschedule. I also asked to speak to a manager and I was told I would receive phone call, that did not happen. I called the Nashua store and spoke with a Sales Manager named Brian who took my situation under his belt and did everything possible to amend the situation and restore some of my faith in Bernie &Phyl's.

We haven't received our sofa yet so I can't review the furniture itself, but I can give 5 stars to Becky, our sales person. She was not at all pushy, was able to give us all the info we needed about the pieces we looked at, was patient with our grandkids who shopped with us. She was so good that we actually said when we got in the car 'that was the best furniture sales person we ever worked with!'.

Totally loved the entire experience at Bernie and Phyl’s from the front door and through every department in the store. I bought an entire home worth of furniture, living room, dining room and bedrooms. Especially enjoyed the price, selection, knowledgeable staff and the store layout. The competition really needs to step up their game. I would highly recommend a visit. Bet cha won’t regret it :)

Online experience was tough to get through- had to do it several times in order and renter my information 3x to get the correct discount. Delivery was good though was surprised to get a 1 hour until delivery call at 6am. Driver was great. Took photo of small defect, though never got a call about it.

I found very good quality furniture at a fair price, as well as a great deal from their clearance section that saved me several hundred dollars! I had a very good experience dealing with their sales staff in both the new and clearance departments, as well as their business department and delivery personnel. The delivery was right at the start of the 4 hour window they had provided, which was very convenient for me. They also provided reasonable options for me to recycle several large pieces of old furniture. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The sales people were extremely helpful in making our choice for a new mattress. The delivery people as well were on time and did a professional job of setting up the new box spring and mattress.
