Couch was delayed 4 months later than it was supposed to. We never got a call about this, we were always the ones to reach out. When we got the couch they didn’t order the right corner. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Best customer service ever!!! We've purchased from all of the other stores, Bob's, Ashley & Jordan's. We will never buy from them again...there was always an issue. We just had a living room set replaced after 2 years due to a manufacture failure. Got brand new furniture delivered for zip!!! Everyone at Bernie & Phyl's was fantastic!

We dealt with Carl who was very laid-back and not pressuring us at all. In fact, he would lead us directly to the area we wanted to see, then leave us for a bit to explore and try things out. At the right time, he'd come over and answer questions, check inventory, etc. How refreshing! He was very efficient in helping us purchase a lovely dinette set for my Dad who is downsizing. Very flexible in coordinating delivery dates. I will definitely shop here again.

Love love the selection. I purchased bedroom furniture and mattresses for two bedrooms and special ordered living room furniture. Loved 2 out of three sales people. I was finding it difficult with my reclining furniture salesman until he was called away and I got another great person to work with! That made 3 great sales people.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at B & P's. I liked the low key atmosphere and the no pressure sales technique. I have been in sales as a real estate broker for many years and do not like to push people or have them push me. I was happy with my salesperson, Jim Cockroft. I first came to your store and then went to Jordans. I did not even see a salesperson at Jordans and was just wandering around. I will be sure to do my future furniture shopping at Bernie & Phyl's!!
