Let me start off by saying that I had ordered a BenQ refurbished and when I got it it did not work properly. So I returned it and customer service took care of me immediately it may have taken a little time to get another one but when I did it was brand new in the box. The projector worked perfect and had a beautiful picture like it should I know from the past that BenQ makes an excellent quality projector the movie quality is awesome and would recommend there projectors to anyone. I just want to say thank you BenQ and my family loves it !!!

I normally only purchase bigger ticket items from the large ***ZON type stores but thought I'd take a chance and am quite happy with the results. The price as much lower than other places, I received the monitor the same week (I live in the same State as the store), the packaging was good. I ordered a refurbished model, but I can't tell that it's not brand new except for some rub marks where the cables are routed. The screen front and back look brand new and there have been no issues. I asked a question about cables and received a response the next day. I'll use this company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to my friends.

I ordered both a EC1-A and a medium mouse pad. Direct had the two cheaper than anyone else and in stock. Both products work flawlessy and the mouse is built extremely well. I have another BenQ product one of the XL2430Ts and love it will definitely buy from BenQ direct again, if not from them their products from another retailer.

I was blown away on how good the condition of the refurb monitor was(practically new). It came with great packaging and had NO dead pixels. I'm pleased with this monitor and BenQ's packaging service. One thing I do wish is the processing time would be faster cause it took mine 3 days to process then to finally ship it, but it was well worth the wait and i'm loving the monitor and how it comes with a 1 year warranty. 5/5

Purchased the RL2755HM from Benq Direct. The hardest part was figuring out which gaming monitor to actually buy. Got a FABULOUS deal on a 27" MLG refurb. Ordered it on a Thursday morning and received it on Monday morning (California to TN). Well packaged and better than described. Online user manuals are EASY to find (hint: YouTube videos are quicker) and understand. I can't say enough about Benq and my purchase as I am EXTREMELY HAPPY!! I only wish it had come with a remote lol. I use this monitor 99% for FPS's like BO3 and noticed a difference in gameplay IMMEDIATELY. The display is slightly washed out of the box, but it took about 30 seconds to adjust it.

My overall experience with BenQ.com was excellent. The website was easy to manage and the product shipped and was received, very well protected, when they said it would. I would highly recommend BenQ.com and BenQ products.

Bought a refurbished screen at a discount and it is not without it's problems. The screen has some visable bright spots. Pretty distracting when watching a movie with dark scenes. 3 stars only because it was about $80 off the normal price but still, buying a refurbished screen directly from the manufacturer, you would think it would function as good as new or at least without any remaining obvious defects. Edit: Decided to call BenQ and was quickly able to get a hold of a real person in their support department. They sent me an exchange form and are sending me a replacement unit so I can send this one back with the box from the replacement, so with some minimal hassle it looks like this will be good in the end.

I bought an ESports Monitor Refurbished from BenQ and here is what my thoughts are/were: I was iffy on buying it since it was refurbished. I usually shy away from these things, but it was from the Manufacturer AND they have very good reviews on Reddit where I checked up on it. Got it in some of THE BEST PACKAGING I've ever received an item in. Bubble wrapped everything and the monitor itself was in what I can only describe as air-filled pockets that look like the plastic cages you put around tomato plants and fill with water. I'm sure there's a better name for them, but that's what they reminded me of. But yeah, this thing was secure! I mounted it on my stand and no issues when I turned it on. Looks great! I try to always wait a couple weeks or so to make these reviews just in case something happens after I get it. This looks to be a great buy at almost half the cost!

I couldn't be happier with my purchase of the XL2730Z. BenQ Direct shipped it quickly, though I would suggest to alter the delivery method and have them keep it at a local FedEx store. Delivery anywhere from 9-5 can be a hassle to wait on. Otherwise everything works great, I bought refurb but doesn't look like anything important is messed up. A bit of scratching on the back near the ports though. Not an issue as it is in an area not seen often. Have used it around 18 hours now. So far the Freesync looks good. Need to trial out some of the features to discuss anything else.
