Ordered a monitor. Received monitor with dead pixels. Contact customer service and they asked for Serial #, etc. Havent heard back yet.

Since it was slightly cheaper to buy refurbished and I've only heard good things about BenQ I decided to give them a try. The shipping was quick and free, in fact exactly in the time frame the tracking for FedEx claimed. The packaging was more than adequate to keep the monitor from being damaged in handling. As for the actual monitor it was cosmetically flawless from the front view, with only slight wear where the stand meets the back panel. After only a couple minutes toggling color settings I found a really happy schema for my eyes. Thanks to the switch provided with the monitor you can change color loadouts really easily. The picture quality, clarity and vibrance are truly awesome for every game I've played so far. Highly recommend BenQ products.

I got an excellent 27" monitor to use for light gaming and heavy work for $120! It was factory refurbished so I knew I could trust it. It's been awesome and I couldn't be happier.

After much frustration, I had the pleasure of figuring out that the unit sent to me has a faulty DVI. Their hours of operation are during my work and it is hard for me to be at home to fix my computer and call them at the same time.

Overall, the order process was simple, the delivery was quick and everything was very smooth on the service side, but $70 for a replacement remote is just insane. If I could have gotten our unit to work without it, or with a $10 generic remote, I definitely would have. Situation forced me to buy the remote, and unfortunately, BenQ takes full advantage of that by charging way too much.

Recently bought the BenQ RL2455HM 24" 1080p Gaming Monitor - Refurbished and can say it arrived safely, nicely packed, and with no dead pixels. Using this monitor to play Xbox One and it is has been a positive difference. Looking for more deals on BenQ direct, now looking for a G-sync monitor. Cheers

Great monitor. Little bright at the default settings, but after doing some HW online I found a few custom settings I really enjoy. I would highly recommend this monitor at the incredible refurbished price point.

I purchased a BenQ Refurb Monitor to go with my new computer. It looks great, doesn't have any scratches, and display is much more crisp than my old monitor. I have 1 reservation that I need to contact BenQ about - while the monitor is on 144hz the headphone output jack/mic input jack on the monitor will not work. If I dumb the display down to 120hz or lower the output jacks work. I'm not sure if this is intended functionality or not but it is kind of frustrating. I'll have to read additional reviews and talk with BenQ support to see what I can do to fix the situation.

I went to BenQ because another manufacturer had canceled my order out of the blue. Before the BenQ shipment came in, it was recalled for an unknown reason. It was on a weekend, so there was nobody to answer calls then. I called around the next Monday, and was informed about a shipping error, and was offered a refund. I was emailed by a Sales Consultant as well. No big issues so far, as mistakes happen. However, 20 days after the incident, they have still not refunded me, and have stopped replying to emails. I am now going through PayPal to get my money refunded.

After many weeks of searching and reading endless amounts of forums and reviews for most monitors on the market, with the expert guidance of Shane at Benq, I chose the XL2720. All reviews for products are filled with negative comments. Fortunately the positive outweigh the negative. The staff at Benq go out of their way to ensure your understanding of the monitor that will suit your build. If you are in need of a quality product, I see no reason for your continued shopping. Use their web-site or call direct for info or help. For me, this company rocks.

I bought a refurbished BenQ projector from BenQ Direct. The item functions great. Bulb had 0 hours. 3D looks crazy! I would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a projector to check out BenQ direct sales.

The rep I spoke with answered all of my questions, offered a promotional discount. Shipping was free and my monitor arrived a couple of days earlier than I expected. Out if the box, the monitor looks awesome. I will be using it for photography color corrections. I still haven't put it through it's paces, but am impressed with it so far.

Initially I was looking to buy an XL2730Z monitor and had some really great help on the phone to walk me through the purchase. I ended up buying the monitor and was going to use it for a computer I had coming within a week or two after my monitor purchase. The monitor was shipped to my house successfully and I was able to set it up on my desk to await the arrival of my future computer. Sadly when I got my computer it turned out that the graphics card that came with it supported G-synch instead of freeSynch. As disappointing as that was, I called back BenQ's customer service and happened to actually get the same guy on the phone that had helped me with my initial purchase! He was super friendly and helpful just like before and I was able to successfully schedule a return for the product. As sad as I was to have to return an awesome monitor, I definitely give BenQ 5 stars for it's extremely friendly and helpful customer service. I'm sure I will be purchasing something else from them down the road. Thanks BenQ!
