I ordered a FK1 mouse and it was delivered very fast and in perfect working condition. I decided to exchange the FK1 for a ZA12 model due to the FK1 not quite fitting my hand right. The customer support guys I worked with, Sean and Tim, were very helpful and made sure the RMA was processed correctly and in a timely manner. I dropped the FK1 at the Fedex location 2 days ago and have yet to have the new mouse shipped (they wont ship the new mouse to me until they get the returned mouse) but the entire exchange process has been pleasant and very easy so far.

So far so good...much brighter than my Epson I replaced. A few issues are this unit does not come with a lens cap...very important! I contacted them and they are sending me one...thank you! Other issue is there is no leveling adjustment on the back of the projector. It does have a vertical front adjustment that tilts up...but if your surface is not level you will have to find another way to level it! Otherwise a good unit!

My first experience with BenQ Direct has been very disappointing. I paid $74 for overnight shipping and when it took FedEx four days to get it to me they refused to submit a claim form to FedEx for reimbursement. All I was told that someone at BenQ Direct used to work at FedEx and it was probably a wrong address issue. That was not the case and I asked again for them to fail a claim since there was no evidence that FedEx tried to deliver the monitor, although their records did show they had it the next day, and they did deliver it with no address change or correction four days later. Extremely disappointed in their poor customer service and it was an expensive lesson. I think of it every time I look at the monitor. Sorry, can't recommend them.

The BenQ staff were really helpful and treated me well. The first person gave me lots of great information so I could make an informed decision. I called back a few days later to order the monitor and the second person was great at understanding what the first person said and getting me in touch with him to complete the order. I got the monitor very quickly and it was easy to set up. I wasn't sure how I would feel about such a big and higher priced monitor and I have to say I really love it! I'm very glad I made the purchase. It has been easy to color correct with my iProfiler. Thank you for a good experience.

My experience in dealing BenQ was just straight magnificent for this order. Transaction was a total breeze. Customer service reps are top notch and was extremely helpful. Love my XL2730z monitor!!! I definitely will be dealing with them directly for my monitor needs from now on.

I purchased a monitor for my boyfriend and I'm not sure if the problem is because of the relationship between their refurbished provider/BenQ. We love BenQ and the refurb monitor we received works great (it has only been about 2 weeks of usage). Obviously, their products are well made and we enjoy using them. They sent the wrong monitor to us. That's fine and all. However, they cancelled our order and we did not know this until the tracking finally said "returned to seller" on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Made a phone call and they told us they sent the wrong monitor. Cancelled order. Great. Re-sending the new monitor they said. Called a few days later because we didn't receive any further instructions and I didn't know if I should expect it to be delivered the next week? They notified us that I had to RE-ORDER it manually through the website. Did they tell us to do that? No, they didn't. BenQ originally said they would send the correct monitor to us. Ok, fine. I'll re-order. I had an easy and great experience with Sun Yi at this time. He was extremely helpful in helping me with the Paypal Credit issue. Finally got my monitor re-ordered and he overnighted it, which I really appreciated. Emailed customer service a few days later because I hadn't seen a credit on my account. Meanwhile, the original monitor had already been returned and they signed for it. Why no credit? Because I had to CALL THEM AGAIN to ask and they FINALLY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT. Credit should go through on Monday they say. We will see. Great company and service, but their follow up is extremely lacking. The fact that I have to call anytime I want anything taken care of is disappointing, so I would have to say AVERAGE service. I felt like I was doing someone's job.

Order never arrived, but was recalled by BenQ. After contacting them a couple times, I found out that they had made an error in shipping. They offered a refund which I took. They later followed up with me by email, asking me to call them so they could explain. The call didn't offer much more information, but it was at least a more personal effort.

I ordered a refurb monitor from Ben Q on sale and couldn't pass it up. The processing of the order was a tad bit long but other than that, everything was smooth. Monitor came in, great condition and works like a charm.

Product packaging was received opened and visibly damaged. It was not shipped in another box but simply the original packaging which is why it is so beat up. This is also after a week delay where it never shipped and I had to call and ask "why hasn't it shipped yet"? The consumer relations rep I worked with was very friendly and got it shipped out the same day. However I did have to wait another week for my product to arrive. Product is working great and I'm very happy so far and would be willing to give BenQ another shot.

I ordered a refurbished Zowie Xl2430. After not getting a shipping confirmation for over a week, I called and customer service was quick to help me out. A unit was shipped that night and I got it within a week from then. The monitor is beautiful and runs great!
