I picked up a refurbished BL3200PT monitor at a great price. I couldn't be happier with the monitor, it makes my daily job a lot easier having a high quality display. When I ordered the monitor there was a hang up in the system which Benq didn't follow up on. It delayed my order as it wasn't until I called to follow up that the hang up was addressed. Even after fixing this I kept getting told that it would ship the next day and it actually took 5 more days to ship. Once shipped, it arrived promptly and well packaged. I would definitely purchase refurbished direct from Benq again.

I have purchased two BenQ monitors over the past 2 years and both are performing quite well. My most recent purchase was delivered quickly and the refurbished monitor was in like new condition. I can highly recommnet BenQ Direct.

Received a refurbished product with damage on the lens right out of the box. Makes black spots on white backgrounds, washed out colors in color backgrounds, and white spots with rainbows on black backgrounds. I still haven't heard back from customer service after a response to my initial inquiry (It's Jan.7th now). Tracking said I was supposed to get the projector on the 24th of December but I didn't get it until the 28th. It was embarrassing having to give somebody a Christmas present that wasn't up to the BenQ quality I've come to expect.

I have purchased two 27" refurbished monitors from BenQ over the last year. These monitors came in great packaging and looked great. The first one had a slight smudge on the corner but I expected that from a refurb. The second was perfect and had nothing wrong! For the amount I saved by buying refurbs is totally worth it. I can't see the smudge 95% of the time anyways. Thanks BenQ
