Horrible, package was returned with out my notice, had to reach out to find out what happened. no refund yet, even though is was promised last week.
I purchased a monitor, paid (and my card was charged). About 4 business days later, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the company saying that they accidentally shipped me a more expensive monitor and that they were going to intercept the Fedex package to make sure that I couldn't receive it. To make things weirder, instead of sending me the right monitor, the guy on the phone said he needed my credit card information to set up a new order since their system won't allow them to send me the right monitor without first cancelling the original transaction. The monitor made it all the way to my local fedex driver (the tracking information indicated "on truck for delivery next business day" as it was a sunday) until the intercept kicked in. Then it took another week for the monitor to get back to BenQ; the whole time, they refused to issue a refund on the order stating that they couldn't issue one until they received the monitor, even though it never made it to me. When I called customer service, the representative acknowledged that they screwed up but offered no solution other than for me to place another order. They must be crazy if they think I'll ever do business with them again. I've never seen a bad situation handled so poorly. They could have (a) let me keep the original, slightly more expensive monitor; (b) sent out the correct monitor the moment they discovered the error while simultaneously recalling the first monitor; or (c) refunded my money the instant the fedex recall went through. Instead they went with option (d)- provide the worst possible customer service by holding my money for two weeks and leaving me without the item I ordered. STAY AWAY FROM BENQ. I HAVE AN AMAZING UPDATE: In an amazing turn of events, BenQ called me to "apologize", but the employee on the phone was combative and unfriendly, and ultimately HUNG UP ON ME!!! All I said was that my review was accurate, and that the processes at BenQ are set up to prevent them from serving the customer. He said "well, it's a learning process for us", to which I replied "how can you have thought that this was a good process to begin with? Why would you need to "learn" that it's bad customer service to treat people like this"... and he hung up.
The refurbished monitor came in the original box, packaged well, and with all accessories. The unit was clean, free of scratches, and appeared new. The only downside was one stuck red pixel towards the bottom of the screen. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
I had purchased a refurbished monitor. I had been using it for about a week when a light spot developed on the screen. I contacted BenQ about the issue and I was able to go to the BenQ office in Chino the next day and get a replacement.
The projector exceded my expectation as far as quality goes. This is my first projector and I'm really satisfied with your product. The only thing is the noise of the fan I found it a little loud which ended up turning the volume all the way up to compensate. But other than that I love this projector. One thing that I would like to improve is the customer service experience . Since I have very little experience I used the chat service to ask information about what screen should go with this projector and the person I chat with wasn't very helpful and very disrespectful.
I placed the new projector order by giving a call to customer care & but didnt see the order progress even after 3-4 days, so i agin called the customer care & they told the projector which i ordered is out of stock now but meanwhile they already charged my credit card (eventually they revert the transaction) but i missed the occassion for which i ordered the projector, it was total disappointment. if you already checked your inventory before confirming the order then you have to fulfill the order. i am surprised that i got all the information only after i reach to customer care (that they are out of stock). after that i ordered the different projector but i didnt receive any additional discount or promotion due to all these inconvinence.
BenQ is a pretty trusted name in monitors so when found this one on sale for $75 I couldn't let it get by me. Unbeatable at that pricepoint. I got it refurbished but there were no dead pixels. The bezel is pretty standard cheap plastic but not too thick. It's a TN panel so the colors aren't as vivid as an IPS monitor, but it's good for gaming with only 2ms. The stand is really easy to put together. Took 1 week to ship. The speakers suck though, which is to be expected; monitor speakers always suck. My main complaint is that it only came with a VGA cable, which is outdated at this point. You have to buy a DVI cable separately which cost me another 9 bucks. Still recommend, even if you can't get it on sale it's pretty cheap at $140.

I was a little worried when I decided to purchase a refurbished monitor from BenQ. I've had bad experiences with other companies in the past. When I received my monitor BenQ was quick to remedy my worries. The monitor was nice packed. There was no way the delivery personal was going to damage the product. I turned it on and it worked just as a new monitor would (no dead pixels, no connection issues, no scratches on the screen, etc)

My second BenQ 1070 remote stopped working and I needed a replacement. BenQ was kind enough to replace the 1st one free (beyond the warranty period) because on their own admission they had a bad production run. The replacement let go and they wouldn't make good on another replacement. $50 on BenQ direct seemed a little steep, but what choice did I have? Went with the correct remote and it works perfectly.
Ordering direct from BenQ was easy; my order shipped promptly; my item arrived exactly as expected! BenQ is easily one of the top manufacturers of electronic products, so I was happy to deal with them directly.
I would love to submit a review but you've sent me 2 requests for a review when I haven't even received my product. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.
I purchased a monitor and a few days later asked a question about the monitor pricing. I received a confirmation they received my question but no response.
If you place multiple notices that state that it will take up to 2 business days to process an order, it shouldn't take 4 business days. It should be stated somewhere where the item is being shipped from. It would allow customers to make informed decisions about what type of shipping service to pay for. If I had known the item was shipping from California I would have chosen a shipping method other than ground. When a customer sends an email and receives an electronic response "We have received your request and are working on responding to you as soon as possible", you actually may want to respond at some point. I am afraid I will never receive my projector. I ordered on Saturday 9/17 and here it is 10 days later and my package, according to FedEx, is still in California. I am 3000 miles away in Rhode Island waiting for a ground shipment. If I had ordered from Amazon I would have had it a week ago.
