I made a purchase and then canceled it five min after and was told everything will be taken care of a week later the package is being delivered to my doorstep mean while they said they would stop it before it got here 3 times. It then goes back to them which takes another week and I still hadn't received my refund it's been two weeks I called and they said it already taken care of and I have yet to see my money this company sucks better off dealing with bestbuy

I ordered four of these monitors to set them up in two offices as two pairs. Each monitor's height with the stand was slightly different, but I managed by raising the height of the lower one with a stack of paper so they look great side by side with a dual monitor configuration. Besides that, they have been fantastic!
I was quite skeptical of buying a refurbished model xl2730z, but due to the black Friday sales and some reviews decided to take a stab at it. My monitor arrived on time, packed quite safely, and with only minor blemishes on the stand. The monitor itself was (and is) in pristine condition and greatly exceeded expectations. The minor scratches and dings on the stand may bother some, but as I was planning on mounting it on a multi-monitor stand it was completely irrelevant to me. Overall very happy with the service and price of this monitor and would definitely recommend.
Placed order x3 with BenQ. No problem apparently, then order cancelled with no explanation x 3. No notification. I only realized cancelled when checking back for shipping date. Ordered benq monitor from another retailer.

Going back to when I was on the fence about whether to order direct form BenQ or another retailer, I wish I went the other way: - My order was "stuck" for days under what seemed like an address validation problem. This is for a simple street address, no apartment, completely clean and used all the time. - They didnt catch it and alert me. I had to chase them. - Even without problems, their shipping policy is to ship within 2 business days of order receipt. Others are faster, within 24 hours. - When they sent me new order, they sent it to my billing address instead of my shipping address. All in all, a total hassle, throughout which I could feel their processes aren't nailed down like a more mature retailer.

My refurb monitor arrived on time and well-protected in thorough packaging. It was in great condition; it was impossible to tell it was a refurb. It's a great looking monitor! Email communication from the company was excellent throughout the entire process.
So far, I am pretty much happy with W1070 DLP 3D projector. I have tested 2D features only, not able to test 3D yet, as I have to find suitable 3D glasses for 3D viewing. But overall, I am satisfied with image quality, definitely need to hook up better music system in order to get better sound experience.
Not much to say, good shopping experience overall
So, my bf has been talking about a projector for a while. I spoke with his best guy friend who helped me make my purchase. It shipped within a day or two of ordering and arrived fast and as described. So, of course my bf got his gift early and he is in love. The picture is amazing, it is like watching something at the movies. It was easy to set up and use. I'm very happy with my experience.
I tried to cancel my order and didn't receive a reply for 4 days only to find out that they had already send it after I had asked for the cancellation. I denied the package, as customer service recommended and after a week or so of not hearing anything- no confirmation of return, no refund on my account and being able to see that the item had been returned to BenQ- I emailed them again. Waited another 3-4 more days to hear back, and THEN my refund was issued. I'm upset that I must remind them to refund me a rather large amount of money after almost a month of having to deal with the slow service. The amount still hasn't posted to my bank account and I'm out a large amount of money during the holidays.
Had a couple stuck pixels on my refurb XL2411Z. It looks new otherwise.
So far I love BenQ, and recently purchased a replacement bulb, as the stock one recently went out. This was a bit more pricier than other options out there on amazon, etc, but from what I've read, those usually don't last nearly as long. The process was pain free, however it was quite expensive, and I did wonder whether you could simply purchase the bulb without the casing (for future reference)? I will update this review with the lifetime of the bulb, as it was just installed a couple weeks ago.
update: got the refund a day after this review. was told the returned item delivered in a different warehouse, logistics issue....okaaay.... anyway, upped one star for at least the whole fiasco is dealt with. I understand they are not Amazon.com, but as a retailer they are really lacking in multiple areas. Customer service is inadequate, can't even do a price adjustment before it ships, made me placed two orders instead. What crappy system does that? Made multiple calls just to check on what's going on with the return. One week has past since they received the returned item, and my refund still has not posted. Still need to make more phone calls to make this right. Customer service attitude is poor. A lot of friction to make things go smooth. Besides this one product, tough to be shopping on BenQ Direct or with their customer service again. I mean they are distributing to other retailers to sell their product, so better off going through other channels for better service and pricing.
