Bought a refurbished Monitor and was wondering if I would get something someone else had rejected or if I'd get a monitor that had been used once at a competition and then RMAed back to BenQ. I ended up getting a brand new looking computer monitor with the tiniest scuff on one cord. Worth the $150 I saved buying this monitor refurbished. Great Job BenQ! Great Monitor that looks great; works great; and feels great to use. 1440p, 144hz, and Freesync are now mine. Also, should mention that it said 4-7 business days to deliver and it took two so if you live in the Seattle-Tacoma metro area save your money and go with the free shipping from BenQ.

This was my first time buying from BenQ, but I'll be buying my monitors from them from now on. I had a fantastic experience with their shipping and the setup of the monitor was a breeze (and came with a bunch of cables).

I purchased lamps from other sites. Even though they said they were OEM, they broke immediately. I thought something was wrong with my trusty projector that has served me very well for the last 4 years. After speaking with customer service I ordered a lamp from BenQ directly. The projector is back up and running and quality is great. Thanks! Now I just need to find out how to clean dust particles from the inner lens.

website states 48 hours to process an order, yet my order is now going on 5 days. Impossible to get through to customer service as I was on hold to long to wait further, couldn't leave a voicemail as I got a message that the mailbox was full, so sent an email that I still have yet to get a response.

My first projector. It is better than I expected even with the less than optimal viewing environment. The room is not completely dark, the walls are a pastel yellow and my sectional Is an off white. In addition, I haven't picked out a screen yet and my walls are stucco and yet I get a very watchable picture. The rec 709 default picture setting is fantastic; colors and especially skin tones are far more accurate than my LG plasma and my LED Sharp. I prefer the white colored (and back-lit) remote, making it easier to find in the dark. My son has not set up the 5.1 audio and for the moment we are using the projectors sound source. Barebones but serviceable. Loud enough for my 15'x 30' LR./DR. with vaulted ceilings. Everybody that sees the picture is impressed and can't believe that a projector looks so good. Our screen size is approximately 145" in diameter. I was nervous buying sight unseen off the Internet but I trusted the reviews and now I am in home theater paradise.

This is my 2nd purchase so far with benq. First, i bought the ec1-a but had to replaced it with ec2-a since it was too big. Benq Customer support is amazing! I ended up purchasing the za-11 and had to RMA the ec2-a again since it was too small for me. I have 20cm hands and its perfect for me so far.

I was a little nervous about ordering a refurbished monitor, but all those worries are gone now. The package was shipped very quickly and in better packaging than most brand new monitors I have bought. I couldn't find any defects (scratches, etc.) on the monitor at all and when I was finally able to use it I couldn't find anything wrong. The colors aren't that great, but I knew that when I bought it. I'm sure some adjusting and an ICC profile for my computer will look decent.

Disclaimer that this is not my first purchase with BenQ. However, that is because they deliver a high quality product at a great price and my customer service experiences with them have been excellent. This company will continue to be my top choice for future needs- 5/5.
