Overall this was an excellent deal, and the customer service was very good. The monitor is fantastic! This is a refurbished unit, and I would have liked to receive a user manual with it. I had to dig up something on a third party site to figure a few things out.

My XL2720 arrived missing the head phone holder, which attaches to the stand. Other than that missing part, I was pleased. It works well.

No doubt that this projector has excellent picture quality. the colors and black are amazing. But I am returning this because of limitations in mounting options. I really want to hang the projector a foot below the ceiling, but because of the negative offset and lack of enough lens shift, I could not mount this. Also, at this price range there are similar projectors with more lumens. That also is something to be considered if you have ambient light. I am told I will be receiving an email regarding my return, but have not received any until now. I am not sure how to follow up on this

We have his direct line to contact him if necessary, so we are very impressed so far. Hopefully the actual product lives up to the level of service, can't wait to receive it! Not a lot of companies focus on the customer nowadays, nice that your company does!

I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector and waited weeks while the status said 'pending'. I tried calling several times, but no one would answer. I finally got a hold of someone and they said the item was out of stock. There was no notice of this at all. I was eventually able to cancel the order and was refunded.

I bought MH530 projector recently, and while handyman took 2 weeks to come over, we projected movies on off-white wall in almost every room. And results are awesome, HD quality on wall!! and on Elite screen that we are using it now, it shows more better. Very satisfied with the quality.

Nice online purchase from BenQ Direct and purchased projector 'BenQ W1070 1080p Full HD 3D Projector' which works nice as of now and no issues.

I found the Benq EW2750 on sale. I haven't had any experience with Benq products, but the reviews I read seemed very good, so I purchased the 27" monitor and absolutely love it. I have it set to Cinema View and vibrant colors jump out of the screen now!

The refurbished monitor came with minor wear on the frame and other than that it is amazing. Saved me a ton of money, looks amazing and shipping was fast and free

I purchased a refurbished monitor. It was not cheap, $500. It came in a generic box without any instruction manuals or installation discs. I called tech support and they directed me to download files. I had to figure out how to install the display adapters on my own. I had other questions which the tech support couldn't even answer for me. So instead, gave me irrelevant answers. It took me an hour to figure out the monitor. I have a high end video card upgrade. My card and computer can support 5 monitors with different plug types. I tried out 3 different plug types. Nothing worked. I kept getting an error message saying "no cable detected." When I called back for tech support, he was completely useless. He made it seem like it was my fault that the monitor didn't work. I was able to confirm that my display adapted was registering the benq driver and that it was 'up to date.' The monitor was clearly defective, but the tech support people made it seem like it was somehow my fault. I have no idea why benq would send out a refurbished item to me without any support documentation. And further, why they would send me a defective monitor. Perhaps the last person that returned it, it was defective for them too. You have horrible tech support. My initial experience with your product was wretched. I bought the expensive monitor for to use for photoshop editing. I will be sure to steer all my photography friends away from your faulty products and lackluster tech support. You completely wasted my time and effort. I don't know how you stay in business.

Refurbished projector looks good, service also great

After reading every review on every known monitor in my price range, I found the one. Extremely happy with the purchase. I really felt I got a steal with the build quality and added visor/shield. Color is beautiful, close to full aRGB, love the color switch puck, which I use often. One dead pixel in the very top right corner which is negligible. Hope to use this for years....

For the longest time I've used a projector as my main TV and it was time to upgrade. Because there is a fair amount of ambient light at home, and my walls are white, I needed something bright. Based on the limited amount of reviews online an my own research, I settled on the benQ MH741. While technically billed as an office projector, BenQ's reputation was the main driving force behind this purchase. I decided to go with their refurbished model during Black Friday, and even had a 20% discount on top. Well, I must say, they shipped it fast, they packed it very nice and they, unlike many others these days, required signature on delivery, which is something I very much appreciate! Hooked it up last night and I was literally blown away! This is a gem! 4 hours on the lamp. 4 HOURS!!!! On a refurbished model. BenQ you are fantastic! And then there's the quality! This is a fantastic piece of equipment. Lights on all around and I can see everything absolutely crystal clear. My better half is hooked on one of those vampire shows, with many of the scenes happening in the dark, and with our old projector she could only watch at night, with the lights off. Not anymore. She had all lights on, and she could clearly see everything, even on the dark scenes. As for myself, I am loving it. Only had it for one day so far, but I've tested tremendously and I must say this projector is just as bright as any TV out there. Coupled with my newly purchased Amazon FireTV and Playstation Vue service, it is a very nice upgrade to our entertainment center. Love it! Update - June 6 2017 Projector is still going strong. I am even more satisfied now after so many months of use. A 100 inch TV for less than 800 USD. Just WOW!

I researched for several months before purchasing a new monitor. There were essential capabilities and features that I was looking for and was ready to make the investment. The brand BenQ came to my attention from several articles that discussed the harm that blue light has on the eyes after long stretches of staring at monitors which in my line of work can be up to 14 hours a day. After purchasing the BL3200PT model, i was immediately impressed how easy it was to setup and especially the design of it. Having the option at the touch of a button to switch between photo/video/low blue light is an amazing feature. My only real big disappointment and it seems that after a little research on the web that it's shared with several customers is the sd card reader. So far this has not worked at all for me and for someone who takes video and photo all the time the ease of just inserting the card right directly in the monitor is one of the items I was looking for. Now I will have to go out and purchase a separate unit to insert cards which is big disappointment to say the least.

underrated this company is amongst my favorite! the quality to value ratio is beyond expectations! I ordered 2 TRevelo's a year apart the first unit was a gift to my father xmas 2015 my father and I live far apart and last we saw each other we went shopping for upscale audio at a boutique shop in st louis music for pleasure or music 4 others it maybe now called anyway heard some krell master reference electronics with high end electro stat speakers costing upward of $50,000.00 more than we were willing to spend however once you hear gear that nice your expectations are through the roof with more affordable gear in other words are reference level had risen ...so my father fell in love with the eletrostats making a long story short he absolutely loved the trevelo and the fact that it didn't break my bank acct and after hearing him rave about it I bought myself one and I thought I'd never own electrostats after being in the high end audio industry for 20 years I finally am able to have a pair of electrostatic speakers that are as transparent and magical sounding as the $50k ones (on a much smaller scale) after reading some of these pompous reviewers (especially in Britain) hifi What? ..reviews I was almost hesitant to make the purchase they're being very nit picky about a $300 WIRELESS , PORTABLE ELECTROSTATIC speaker which the $50k ones were neither but probably received a much better review, I am very happy with my purchase and now I am looking at buying a BENQ projector! THANKS BENQ!!!

I ordered a very nice refurbished monitor from them (very beautiful). Upon unboxing and setting up the monitor was not working. Calling tech support was not difficult, and the thorough and simple process did not take them long to do. Afterwards they had me send the monitor back, free of charge and with a week and a half later, a replacement is at my door. Picture quality, especially color fidelity is awesome.
