Ordered a BenQ XL2730Z. Doesn't have any dead pixels. All around a great monitor. Love the pull-out headphone stand.

Such a great monitor for the excellent price. EXCELLENT quality and monitor was advertised as refurbished but it appeared to be a brand new product. Everything from the box to all packaging appeared to be new from factory. Ultra fast shipping and great all around service. BenQ is a great company that makes quality products.

Everything was great, except that Fedex refused to let me go pick my package to a fedex location, they said that because it was fedex ground they could not do that. Maybe you should consider other delivery companies

Ordered a refurbished monitor and it was shipped quickly and arrived in like new condition. No stuck pixels or scratches and the monitor is amazing

I really love the projector. Picture is very clear and it is easy to set up. Unfortunately it was just shipped to me in its retail box. Someone could have stolen it.

The monitor is cheap(ish) and of good quality and a perfect choice for a 144hz monitor if you don't really care about color quality. I personally don't care too much so this was a fine purchase for me, but this isn't the best 144hz monitor on the market for everybody.

MX525 - Nice unit for being refurbished. Only 2 hours on the bulb with the clear plastic film still attached. So far i works well. Picture is very good with a plenty of adjustments available for picture quality. Shipping needs to be improved. Product box needs over packing. Now my box is very dirty- looks like it was dragged through black dirt particularly on the bottom and slightly banged up. There is no protection for the product other than the original product box and a single piece of BENQ tape sealing the box. I was not informed that this package needed to be signed for it to be received. If this was so important to have signed why wasn't more care taken in getting it shipped more securely from damage??? Then the shipment was misplaced Saturday after I was not home to sign for it( didn't know when it would arrive) Made phone call Saturday to reroute the nearest FedEx Office. I Called FedEx Saturday Night - since it did not show up, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday Morning to trace it and did not show up until Tuesday Morning at the Fed Ex distribution center. It finally arrived at the Fed Ex office Tuesday around 11:00 am and I picked Tuesday evening.

BenQ shipped my monitor out quickly, and so far it's been a great addition to my desktop setup. It's a great monitor.

When you pay $800 for a projector it really hurts to pay $236 for a replacement lamp.

I had Joe speak with me on chat and called him on his direct line instantly after a few questions. He was quick to help me attempt to change my order for a different item. I had changed my mind last minute and felt really bad. Although, he was really nice about it anyways and very supportive, giving me a lot of needed information. I am writing this review early before I receive the item but this is for their A+ customer service, which brought me to write one anyhow.

its kind of disheartening that the replacement bulbs are 1/3 the cost of the entire projector, but fortunately they last long enough so i dont have to buy them too often.

I have several monitors and I am very pleased with them all. Excellent service also.

I was told a tech would call back to answer questions that the tech I talked to did not know. The refurbished projector came without a book. I still need help to finish setting it up
