Purchased a refurbished monitor at a moderate discount, while it does have a beautify screen, there are noticeable dead pixels. Since this is a secondary monitor, I cannot be too disappointed but refurbished is not the same as used and this issue should have been taken care of.
I bought a thousand dollar projector on Cyber Monday to get the free ceiling mount. Their system had a bottleneck and I didm't get my ceiling mount.n I emailed no response. I called and an idiot rep said to refuse the order and order another one. I didn't follow that coz that is idiotic coz both of us will pay shipment. I did the honorable thing to do and buy the mount and write this negative review to dishonor them
We needed a replacement bulb for our BenQ projector asap. They had the right lamp and I was able to receive it the next day. Awesome service. I couldn't be happier!

It's hard to find the right lamp for my projector. i wish I can find the right parts by inputting my projector model.
I am able to get 144hz with this monitor as well as use Free Sync. My only problem is that I read that I am able to use Blur Reduction with Free Sync on, but currently when I turn Blur Reduction on, Free Sync turns off completely, reverting my FPS back to 60hz. Is it true that you can use Blur Reduction and Free Sync at the same time? Other than that, the monitor is amazing!

I ordered a refurbished monitor. It came and had the wrong power cord. I emailed customer service and they over nighted the appropriate cord without any fuss. The monitor looks and works great! I'd highly suggest BenQ for your monitor needs.

I'm pretty surprised with the overall purchase of the RL2460 gaming monitor. What I wasn't too thrilled about was how it was packaged. I know the unit was "refurbished", but I figured it would still come on a standard BenQ monitor box. However, it didn't. The pieces were wrapped up in bubble wrap and placed in a normal-looking cardboard box. Upon setting it up and visiting deadpixelbuddy.com, I found 2 dead pixels on the screen, one towards the bottom edge and one towards the top edge. They aren't THAT noticeable while playing. But, I'm guessing why this unit landed itself on the "refurbished" list in the first place. Someone probably ordered it new and saw the dead pixels and got it replaced. Then I was able to snag it up for $137 instead of $219! Can't beat that. All in all, everything seems to be in working order with the exception of the two pixels. If there was anything I could change, it would be the way it's packaged. The arm that connects the screen to the base itself was only half wrapped, literally. Otherwise, everything seems to be doing its job and the leap from a tv to a gaming monitor is great! I also love the HDMI output that allows me to hook up my Elgato HD60 after the signal has already gone into the monitor from my PS4.
The benq 1070 is an excellent theater projector. Customer service is also top notch. I would recommend benq products and they have proven to be of the higher quality.
I purchased a refurbished monitor. Great price, it arrived well before the estimated date, no blemishes, and (like all BenQ monitors I've used) works *extremely* well. I could not be more pleased, and recommend this company without reservations.
I needed a short throw projector for under $1000 -- there are literally 2 manufacturers in this space. BenQ makes multiple models that fit the criteria, vendor X makes a single model. I wanted refurb or used to save money and after much looking found BenQ Direct. Though they didn't list the model I wanted as being in stock, I called on a hunch that they probably had a few held back and got lucky. Everything about my experience was top-notch. The only suggestion I have for BenQ (and customers) is to be careful as you evolve products. The newer replacement for the model I bought has a larger shell for quieter sound (a good thing), but compliance with 3D data formats is worse according to independent testing and BenQ has removed component inputs from the newer unit. Many people buying projectors for home theater use have favorite equipment. Yes, HDMI is the standard, and yes, most projectors keep a VGA connector (will they forever? I hope so), but can't we keep a single component hookup and a single video input in the newest models for some level of compatibility with people who have favorite legacy equipment? You're so GREAT as a company, please don't save 2 bucks on the circuitry and software in the drive for 0.1% more market share based upon price. In every other respect, I am VERY happy with my purchase and shopping experience (and would personally recommend the HT1085ST even though it is a few years old) I am a real customer and not in any way affiliated with BenQ but I just don't want my full name out in the public attached to a high-end product for thieves to do internet research. It just doesn't seem wise.

This is my first purchase with BENQ ,before that i only heard great things from few of my friends. I purchase a 2050 projector , Once placed an order there wasnt any updates on the order and the package arrived at my doorstep.Surprisingly after the package was delivered 2 weeks after i got an email saying the package has been shipped. The most disappointing thing was how the product was packaged. When i opened the box the package was wrapped inside bubble protection . there wasnt any box or additional protection.Didnt expect it from a company who are pioneers in projectors taken into account how sensitive the internal parts are.Not impressed at all.
My monitor arrived broken I emailed and after 4 days I get apology and they would send me packing slip to return I have still not received the packing slip.
