I purchased a refurbished monitor and after ordered, it was shipped out quickly. Besides the performance of the product, I was impressed with how the product was shipped. It was supplied with all cables and was semi-assembled and placed in a very protective bubble wrap. Much more protective than a started monitor box. Would definitely purchase direct again.

I purchased a refurbished Ht2050 and have about 75 hours on it with no issues. Very impressed so far with it, very minor color adjustments and it looks fantastic. I did my research on many projectors and benq was the favorite over Epson and Optoma. I definitely chose right for my setup. Would buy again for sure.
It came in the mail perfect. No dead pixels, looks great. Speakers aren't the best but the monitor is.
Let me begin by saying that I'm not the type of person who makes the time to post online reviews as I often wonder if they are legitimate or not. That being said, I am writing this as my honest first impression of the company, its product and more importantly its customer service after the sale. As a long time console gamer, dating all the way back to the original gaming system "Atari", I have always been in search of equipment that makes my experience more enjoyable and hopefully me more competitive as an online gamer. I recently purchased a refurbished Benq RL2460 Monitor for myself. I've always played my console games on TV's (of various screen sizes) and while being aware that the true competitive players have been using these special monitors for as long as I can remember watching competitive play but being a recreational gamer though that it wouldn't make that much of a difference. Well in my opinion, based upon my game play since purchasing a gaming monitor, my scores and online ranking continues to rise! Now fast forward a week or two since my purchase. While playing my favorite first person shooter I notice some issue with my screen resolution and immediately think dead pixels (but I was wrong) so I contacted Benq customer support by email and am pleasantly surprised by the quick, friendly and informative response that I received. I was given the option of receiving a full refund or a replacement monitor (along with an apology for the inconvenience). My customer service representative "Robert" was very helpful and responsive to my needs. He provided reliable information and did exactly what he said he was going to do. It's my opinion he served as a great ambassador of the company and its commitment to providing service beyond the sale. While this was my first purchase of a Benq monitor it certainly won't be my last. I'm very glad that I chose to make this purchase despite having a problem. Thanks again Robert (if you ever get to see this) for making my experience a pleasant one.
I was browsing on the site to purchase a projector. I thought of some questions, and left the site to look for answers. A BenQ rep emailed to see if they could help me. We scheduled a call, all my questions were answered, and he completed the purchase over the phone. It was a great experience.
This purchasing experience was completely positive for me. The monitor was very well priced ($385 w/promo code, vs $550 new) and shipped within a day or two of being ordered. It didn't come in original packaging, but the screen came in a custom thick bubble sleeve with no room to wiggle, while the rest of the components came wrapped in foam. The only issue at all was the front plastic cover on the monitor arm (the half circle with the red arrow pointing to the monitor rotation scale) popped off during shipping, but it popped back on easily. No dead pixels and the monitor looks great. Would definitely buy here again.
I bought two refurbished monitors. They were shipped very promptly and arrived in new packaging. Love love love the blue light filter and flicker free. The QHD resolution renders text beautifully in Microsoft Word.

So I ordered a Zowie BenQ RL2755 Gaming Monitor, so unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong house, so I called the delivery company (can't say the name) but they couldn't find my package and no one knew where it was. I called BenQ Customer Support and I talked to a rep named Robert, he informed me that it was ok and that they are sending me another monitor because I never received it! So with that being said this company has the absolute best customer service that I've ever been received! If something is wrong (even if it's not their fault) they do whatever is necessary to please the customer.
