I purchased a replacement light after the first one went dead. I bought the replacement bulb already in the supporting structure. After plugging it in, I noticed a bright spot at the bottom middle left of my screen. I took the whole thing back apart and cleaned every surface but it still shows up. No time to do returns which is why I bought a factory replacement (more expensive than aftermarket) in the first place 👎

I got a RL2455 monitor. So for it is great better than plying on a tv.

I bought a refurbished SW2700. It came very well packed, with all the accessories, in perfect condition. No cosmetic or other defects. Shipping was prompt. I'd do it again!

Really like the Monitor was a lot of money but worth it.

I certainly had sticker shock when my lamp went out at 2600 hours. So much so, that I went to Amazon and bought a replacement bulb for 1/3 of what BenQ was asking. The lamp arrived and 'almost' fit perfectly. It certainly worked, as my picture was restored and I could use my projector again. It was only about 30 minutes later that I noticed the smell. Definitely electrical, almost like an overheating odor. Another quick call to BenQ and my fears were confirmed. The off-brand lamp was probably overheating the ballast to the lamp. Not wanting to ruin my projector or at the very least find myself subject to additional repair costs, I ordered the genuine replacement from BenQ with priority shipping (it was almost superbowl weekend). The service people have been amazing at every turn. Sympathetic to my sticker shock, they were never pushy. Needless to say, the new lamp arrived before the weekend, and the smell hasn't returned. Unlike the knock-off lamp from Amazon, this replacement bulb fit perfectly.

This monitor has terribly ghosting problem. It appears on all video games, especially on sports games – you can always see a ghost shadow behind each running athlete on a green lawn. It’s a hardware defect, and you have no way to fix it through configuration. I have another cheap monitor (under $60). But its gaming experience is much better than this one -- and you call it a "gaming monitor"! I called the BenQ customer service, waited for 70+ minutes, and nobody answered it. On their menu they don’t even have a basic sorting, like tech support or bill service, individual or business customers. It's ALL IN ONE! Honestly this is the most inefficient and unfriendly customer service I've ever seen. I am so disappointed.

Shane took all the time necessary to answer all my questions. When e-mails were necessary they were answered promptly. I bought a re-furbished monitor that was delivered quickly and worked "out of the box". Benq proved to be a top notch company. I'm very satisfied.

Being over four decades past the age of consent and a Computer Scientist, Network Architect and former DOD IT Executive, I have tested, bought and deployed literally thousands of computer monitors. Also as an active gamer during that time, I have been from Zork on mainframes to Deus Ex and Fallout 4 on my own hand built gaming "racers". Other than a couple of top end Dell's, my new 32" BenQ 4K HDR is like owning a whole new category of viewing device. Paired with an EVGA 980, an i7700K, Corsair liquid cooling, M2 PCIE and over 7 terabytes of Samsung 950 series SSD's, running on an ASUS Maximus VII Hero, this monitor does true justice to the latest visual candy driving our newest generation of gaming experiences. If you are looking for an incomparable optical experience, have the $ to buy same, and are in the "tweak it till you peak it" Geek segment, then all I can say is: WHAT IS STOPPING YOU? If it is the current batch of Asus or Acer, statistically "accelerated" frame rates, Curviness, and to date very poor quality control, then you have a lot of technical curve left to put in your knowledge base. Work harder, look deeper, test better and: Buy BenQ

Purchased a monitor that appeared sold out. He was able to find a retired monitor of the same build. Happy with the customer service, but wish i got a better discount for purchasing a discontinued/older model.

Great gaming monitor with fast response and clear picture.

Product shipped quick, refurb cannot tell difference from new.

There are plenty of options available for a basic projector. Initial cost is always important, but quality performance is still vital. With the BenQ projector, I have an affordable unitr that projects a quality image. It is well made and easy to use. I connect via a HDMI cable and am very satisfied.

The monitor works great. Shipping could have been a little faster.

I purchased an LED monitor and it didn't seem fit my need well, I called BenQ for the return, it was very easy to get a paid return label for the monitor without any hassle. I will certain try BenQ again when I need a new monitor again.
