Ordered a xl2411 refurb. Received some trash GL model, and didn't notice because I couldn't even imagine it would happen. Very frustrating, but the BenQ direct people immediately got back and shipped the correct monitor asap and made returning the wrong shipment very easy. Fantastic service, and the monitor is perfect, 144hz runs perfectly and viewing angles are great, color scheme needed some tuning but it's exactly as expected.

I recently got a refurbished projector. It worked great and created a beautiful image, but every once in a while the fan made a loud banging noise. I called up, got a friendly, smart customer service person in less than two minutes and they immediately offered to exchange the product and pay for return shipping. Honestly, this gives me more faith in the company than if the projector had worked perfectly. I can tell that they stand behind their products and are focused on a customer experience that is good all around.

Honestly one sentence is not enough to describe how happy I am with my BenQ monitor! It's amazing worth every penny I would highly recommend this to anyone who plays on a gaming monitor. Everything from the packaging to the setup was perfect BenQ has out done themselves!

One of the finest projectors under $1000 price range. It was great to work with BenQ Sales Representative. Fast shipment. Using the projector to project a 150 inch image on a wall. Even without a screen the picture is perfect in every respect. Have not tried the calibrations yet. Highly recommend BenQ to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Monitors were in like new condition. No way to tell them from new monitors. (have only had them 30 days thus far)

Ordered a replacement bulb for my HT1075 directly from BenQ web site. Item was received and packaged well. When I opened the box I noticed that the bulb was not secured to the housing. I inspected the old bulb and noticed that the new one was missing 2 metal brackets. I had to remove the brackets from the old unit and use on the new one. Not something I should have to do on a $250 part.

Bulbs were out of stock for a while. As soon as they were available product got shipped and arrived promptly.

I've had the monitor for about a month now. It's my first purchase from BenQ. The only hiccup I had was that I'd need to be home to sign for it. As a result, I needed to pickup the monitor from FedEx since I wouldn't be available, though if I were in BenQ's position I completely understand needing someone to physically receive it. The features of the monitor are great, the quality is the best I've had in a monitor to this point, and it's allowed me to have both a better home work space and gaming space. My only possible regret is not having bought a 2nd.

The order was handled perfectly, the monitor was shipped with great packaging and best of all it worked as expected with my laptop via an HDMI connection at the stated resolution. The clarity of the monitor is exceptional. The only thing negative I have noticed in the small time that I have been able to test is that there seems to be some minute flashing when viewing video on the screen but I will need more time to examine this further once I get my battery issue resolved on my PC. So far I feel like this was a great purchase.
