Purchase order for GW2765HT monitor after having been searching for this monitor at a fair price for more than a year. Used the online store to make the purchase, submitted credit card and transaction was supposed to be complete. Within a day, I received confirmation that the monitor had shipped and waited patiently for the monitor to arrive. Used the tracking number that was provided and called the transportation carrier after the monitor did not arrive on time. Carrier informed me that gentleman by the name of Eric (Benq, Shipping Dept) had requested that the monitor be returned to the shipper. Immediately contacted Benq to determine if there was a problem. Placed on hold while there was a call to the shipping department to check on why the monitor was being returned. Customer service agent said that monitor had been received back in their shipping department and wanted to know if I wanted it shipped back to me. At that point, I was more than a little disheartened and said that I would accept it if they would ship via overnight and that I would have the monitor the next day. Agent said that he would check with the shipping department and would call me back within a couple of minutes. It was the next day before Customer Service called me back and informed me that they would ship before the end of the day. At that point, my desire to have the monitor had diminished to the point that I no longer wanted it and asked them to cancel the order. And to refund the payment to my credit card. Well, it has been a week and a couple of additional calls and I have been informed that they did indeed have the monitor back in their office and that it would take between five and seven additional days for my credit card to be credited for the payment. I have owned Benq monitors in the past and really like the performance. Luckily, I have never had to send one in for service and this experience, has actually soured me on the brand. No matter how good your product is, if you cannot or will not stand behind it, it is not worth the cost.

Excellent price on refurbished projector. There were zero hassles ordering and upon arrival, projector works great.

After hunting for a great deal on my projector of choice (BenQ HT2050), I found that BenQ Direct had the best prices on the market. Their sales staff rocked, and were very knowledgeable about all of the BenQ lineup. After much consideration, I decided to purchase a refurb model at an even further reduced price, and I was happy when my model arrived with <50 hours of bulb life used. As for the HT2050, it produces bright, sharp colors. Although my basement is a light-controlled environment, we are able to keep two lights on and the unit maintains its high quality image. I highly recommend the unit, and I definitely recommend purchasing from BenQ Direct.

I bought the WDP02 wireless 4 weeks ago for my HT3050 projector. Aside from it being a little pricey for what you get, it is working as expected. Mounting the receiver in the HT3050 was easy. Getting the plastic lid off the 3050 was a pain. For my unit it is a very tight fit. The projector is about 12ft from the WDP02 transponder. Have yet to test taking the projector outside (i.e. further away). It comes with a little remote basically nothing more than a toggle between input devices. There is slight (maybe 1 sec) delay going from one device to the next but for me not an issue. I have the WDP02 HDMI output connected to an HDMI audio splitter and from the splitter an HDMI cable goes to my TV and the optical cable to my Receiver. At night I just drop the big screen and we’re in movie mode. You don’t have to turn on the WDP02 to watch TV (assuming this is your cabled output device) which I like but whatever source devices you last used before turning off is the source when off. It doesn’t default to say port or source 1. I think a nice improvement would be for the next version to display the active port on the output device and maybe default to port 1 when off so you don’t have to guess which device source is the off source. The only hiccup so far is experiencing a dropped signal while playing COD on XBox360 but have not experienced any drops while watching movies, etc. via XBOX 360. The drop lasted about 5 seconds or so and then reconnected.

My BenQ 1075 blew a bulb about 3800 hours in on eco mode. I ordered a replacement bulb which was in my hands within 4 days. Replaced bulb, which was a relatively easy chore. Then got a temperature warning after about 10 minutes eith new bulb. I did some troubleshooting and found that one of the fans was inoperative. I called customer support, they set me up with an RMA and i shipped projector in for fix. About 10 days later, at no charge, had my projector back in action at no charge other than buying a shipping box from FedEx. Superb cusromer service and home theater is nack in action!

So far i've purchased 5 Ben Q monitors and I've had nothing but exceptional performance from all 5. Superior purchase! Highly recommended!

Awesome monitor! BenQ needs to do more with instructional videos and perhaps over the phone support to help people one-on-one.

I wanted to finally get a gaming monitor for my home desk and I looked around the internet a bit. I have never heard of BenQ before but after looking at their products, I felt it would be a good company to buy from considering my needs. I ended up getting a great deal on a discounted previous model of monitor and the shipping was quick. If I get another monitor in the near future, I will be coming back to this site. Thanks BenQ.

Always a little wary with a deal, I took a shot on a refurb monitor. It was an excellent price and arrived fast with no problems at all. On a separate note, easily the best monitor I've ever owned.

Our son has a ben q projector and we liked it so we decided to purchase one ourselves.

We purchased a replacement lamp (along with the casing) for our BenQ projector. It arrived promptly and installation was a breeze. But the new lamp doesn't seem as bright as the original one in its heyday. Perhaps it's just a matter of perception...

I bought a 27 inch monitor, it came perfectly well packed, was at a great price point and works well. Will recommend purchasing from benq.

The have the very best monitors. They work wonderfully and are super clean. Come packaged very nice. Easy to use and customizable. The sliders are smooth. This is my 2nd and I will continue to buy them and have and will send family and friends to buy Benq.
