Projector W1070 broke. Color wheel to be specific. I went on the website, opened a ticket, I sent them the projector, came back in 2 days working perfectly. No charge. Absolutely fantastic service.
The product i received gave me a feel that it was a open box item. The Benq Seal clearly indicated as it was repacked!!! I felt like it was returned by other customer. It was a very disappointing feel!!! The reason why i wanted to purchase it direct from Benq website is to feel it is more authentic than purchasing it via amazon or other sellers. And i didnt had an option to return i tried calling the customer care and no response. Finally i gave up!!! Not at all a good experience.
Under promised and over-delivered. The refurbished product I ordered was expected to take up to two weeks to arrive. Showed up three days after I ordered. (One day delay due to FedEx requiring signature.) The monitor works like new, and looks like new, no pixel issues.

I conducted hours of research before deciding upon the HT760, but after speaking with a customer service reprepresentative, I decided to upgrade to the HT2050. I purchased a factory refurbished unit with full warranty at a huge discount. When the package came, I was a bit diso appointed as it was a plain box with the projector, cord, and remote and just enough bubble wrap to hold.it. No user's manual or set-up dvd. I also purchased the universal ceiling mount and installation was simple. I am very happy with the projector, but if I had it to do again, I would pay the extra for a new unit in its proper packaging with all support materials. BenQ's customer service is awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable so you need only speak to one person to help with questions, troubleshooting, and sales. I highly recommend this company. And remember, pick the projector and screen you think you need, then go one or two bigger. I'm already planning my next upgrade . . . .
It would be zero star. I placed my first order and waited for a few weeks, then I found out they just simply cancelled the order without notice. Worst company ever.

order simple projector mounts and they cancelled my order. Then I called and they said they will reorder and nothing. I get email to review the service and I scratch my head saying to myself - WHAT SERVICE/PRODUCT!
Our projector arrived quickly and as a refurbished unit it had just a few hours on the lamp. Everything worked and it included the original cords and remote.

Monitor is fantastic so far, getting refurbished is best bang for the money. I hope I can enjoy the monitor for some years. When ordering, I read there is a 2 business days for processing. Understanding that I chose Ground Shipping. Unfortunately, my order kept on processing for almost a week. I first emailed, and called the next day again to follow up. I was told that the order for some reason went to pending status, and it would now be shipped ASAP with overnight shipping. A week later, I got my monitor via ground shipping. As long as my monitor lasts for few years, I am not miffed about it.
