Finding and ordering my new zowie mouse and mouse pad were straight forward. Items came in package undamaged. What seemed odd to me was that my package want being processed for days until a representative from BenQ called me, because having a different billing and shipping address seemed suspicious to them. I order with separate billing and shipping all the time and had to explain it to them. It was frustrating for me knowing that's why my package wasn't being shipped causing it to take 2 weeks to get it, but I do appreciate BenQ concern for the customer.

I purchased a refurbished projector from BenQ direct. I am thoroughly impressed. I was replacing an Epson projector that was on its last leg. The BenQ projector is native 720p and the brightness level of this projector is simply fantastic. For the price paid, I simply have no complaints whatsoever. Purchased Benq WDP01 Wireless FHD KIT. First one didn't work. Received second unit from Benq and returned the first one. I have only gotten the unit to work only once. Not what I expected from this company.
