Received monitor on time and works perfectly.
I purchased a gaming monitor directly from BenQ website. I paid for rushed 2 day delivery because it was a time sensitive item. FedEx delivered my monitor to the wrong house which forced me to wait 4 days before I can actually get my monitor. When I finally recieved my monitor. I sent a email to customer service (Case #81283). I explained that FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, and asking if I can get a refund on the extra fee I paid for rushed delivery. they replied once but then has not replied or followed up. Atleast point me in the right direction of who to talk to about this. All I want is a refund of the rush delivery I paid for since it was NOT rushed. I last sent BenQ a email May 2nd and customer service has not replied to me since.
