We had arranged delivery to a house but after realizing how heavy the jam board was, we paid to reroute it to the office. Benq confirmed this but then tried to deliver it to the house anyway. Then they gave a date of delivery for the office and didn't show. We had workmen waiting to assist. Delivery is now scheduled for a different day and I'm not confident they'll show. This piece of equipment was $7K. The process has been slow and full of errors on BenQ's part. I expected more.

So far so good. The projector I ordered showed up on time and is working great with no issues.

Once order was confirmed and processed, everything went great. However, it took about 10 phone calls back and forth for them to ship out my order due to my billing and shipping address being different because I am away at school...

Great customer service!

I tried to order two things to be shipped to two different addresses and they only processed one order at first. The orders were delivered later than expected. They charged me for white glove shipping to have the whiteboards delivered to my office, but the delivery people tried to leave it in the lobby of my building. Then, BenQ called me and said they would need to charge me extra again to deliver to my office because the elevator wasn't where they expected, and their delivery crew wanted more money, so they wanted to pass the cost on to me. I had to argue with them to do what I paid them for.

Our E Sports company brought 15 monitors and got an ok deal, we were hoping for a bit better deal to make us a repeat and loyal customer other that that they were very good to us.

Very happy with quality presentation and flexibility with options....though a bit of a learning curve (for me, not yet totally achieved.)

Refurb monitor works flawlessly. Packaging was extremely protective and sturdy. Shipping was prompt.

Wow excellent color. If I didn't know any better would swear it was 4k. This is how great the quality is. Would highly recommend this projector and believe that you can t go wrong. Enjoy.

BenQ 27" 2k monitor works great. Gift to my niece. She loves it. I, myself, have BenQ 4k 32" monitors that I'm proud to be using.

Best damn color monitor for photography editing

Very happy with my mw526a, the picture is awesome...I use it on an 11ft home theater screen, don't see how it could get much better. Bought it as a factory refurbished from Benq direct for 280$. Highly recommend, well worth the money!

Hi fellas, I've been using the BENQ g2420hdb for a long time now. Almost 10 years I think. I have it mounted on the wall, above my desk, so I have lot's of space. There have been 0 problems with it for all this time. I even traveled with it a few times to help my friend set up his eye finity and play some games. When I bought it full hd monitors were a luxury, 24 inch ones even more so, the G2420HDB had a very good price and good quality, now it has proven it's durable and long-lasting as well. I'm very impressed , I've even written an appreciation email to Benq. G2420HDB is a great monitor , I highly recommend it !
