I ordered 2 factory refurbished gaming monitors from BenQ Direct recently, and when I received them, it was like they were new. No fingerprints on the screens, no dust, everything assembled easily, and boxes were in great shape. Their checkout and communication was spot on, and I was able to track them from start to delivery. I also called to check on the expected shipping times before it was shipped, and they hit the mark! They were delivered when they said the monitors would arrive. To me this was great because it set a positive expectation and helped keep my confidence in the transaction. If you find yourself needing to buy from here, I would highly recommend it.

I ordered the projector Wednesday & picked overnight delivery with additional cost beciase I needed the projector to arrive by Friday so I can use it the next day, Saturday. I called customer service to verify my order & delivery. I was informed that online orders are not guaranteed for overnight delivery. But he said he'll make the necessary arrangements to ensure I get my projector on time. To make it short, I got my projector as promised & I'm a super happy customer... the projector, DT 3050, was excellent in setup, projection even on a not darkened room. Great job BenQ!!!

This was my second purchase from BenQ direct. Their customer service is extremely helpful with questions and information as well as professional. The website is easy to navigate and the purchase process is easy. Their shipping is fast and packaging is good. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

Price was reduced the next day and reached out to BenQ and never got a response. Disappointed on how they handled. Purchased Refurbed product and it wasn't refurbed with obvious issues. Hopefully next one works and they provide a credit to make this better.
