Benq was great to work with. Their refurbished products are great and even with a small issue and a replacement projector, their return process was smooth.

I purchased a refurbished 27" monitor. Like new condition. Works fine and looks good. I'm happy with the purchase.

Multiple communication issues with customer service. Ordered a monitor and tried to cancel it the next morning, 12 hours later. Representative said it would be cancelled before shipping, but it shipped anyways. Called again and was told to not sign for the package, so it would bounce back to the warehouse. On second attempt to deliver, the FedEx driver left it at the door. Called customer service again to arrange a proper refund+RMA, got an email a day later with an RMA but no information on where to ship, and if I would be reimbursed for shipping. And yes, I checked their site to see if there were any site-specific messages I could have missed. Didn't see any. Paid for shipping out of pocket, had to call 3 more times to confirm that their warehouse had received shipment and could issue the refund. Six calls to their customer support line, and several emails to their email support, for a refund that could have been resolved BEFORE the product shipped. Thanks.

One of the best manufacturers and companies in existence. Whether I purchase a product brand new or refurbished, everything is always perfect when it is BenQ. For this reason, I always choose BenQ products whenever possible, even my BenQ~Zowie mousepad is perfect and the best I have ever owned. I would take great pride in working for them, if they would ever hire me!

Wow, BenQ, I just received my Trevolo speaker today and what a wonderfully engineered product. I've been collecting great technology for years, and this little speaker is one of the few products that has exceeded expectations. Nice work and thanks very much.

The product from BenQ was not as good as I had hoped it would be, and had a faulty wire. I messaged BenQ to exchange it, after some back an forth e-mails with some other customer's e-mails sent to me by accident, I eventually received no reply at all. I understand there are a lot of cases and some get mixed up, but I did not get a reply for a whole month before I decided to initiate contact again (there is a message on top of BenQ replies not to e-mail twice if there has not been a reply yet). After I got a reply, I decided that it was best that I returned the product in case something like this happens during the exchange and it is not worth the wait, trouble and money. I wouldn't give a completely negative review because support was cordial, but too many errors otherwise.

Shane was super helpful with all of my questions and concerns! I love my HT2050 would 100% buy one again.

I am very happy with the cost and the quality of the product.

The PD3200U 32" 4k Designer Monitor 4k UHD has exceeded expectations in every personal-professional respect. I could not be more pleased with the high quality results and look forward to more purchases from BenQ my new go to monitor!

The monitor (BenQ GL2460HM 24" 1080p D-sub/DVI-D/HDMI Monitor with Built-in Speakers) was delivered on time, and works great. The image displayed by the monitor displayed is clear and sharp and comes with the great additional software features BenQ is known for. It's a good quality monitor for how much it costs. The only negative I have is that this model only comes with a VGA cable, but that didn't matter to me as I have extra DVI-D cables and HDMI cables. So just be aware of that. I have also bought a higher end (Gaming) monitor from BenQ before, which came with a DVI-D cable, so not all models come with only a VGA cable.

I bought an awesome 32" 4k PD3200U from BenQ Direct. It was back ordered but I got regular updates from the rep I contacted. He was very attentive and made sure I could get my order in when a new shipment came in. I love my monitor and the service was great. My only complaint is that apparently their monitors are so popular that they can't keep them in stock. BTW, bang for buck, it was definitely a great deal.

The product arrived and as expected meets all expectations of BenQ quality. The mouse is solid, has an amazing sensor and love the way this mouse feels, it is by far my favorite purchase so far. This mouse does not have all the gimmicky LED lighting and all the special frills other mice come with and is a plug and play this is what you get simple device worth every penny. You definitely will enjoy this mouse if you have a medium hand size and enjoy various grips. The GS-R mouse pad is large but not ridiculous, has a great feel, sewn edges for a smooth transition around the pad and all my mice track well, I would not recommend another mouse pad.

I was hesitant to get the lamp from BenQ because of the price but I trust that this is going to be the most compatible lamp for the projector. At least it should be. I wish their warranty was as good as some of the less expensive options so I have reservations. At this point the lamp works great but I expect it to last about as long as my original or I will feel ripped off.
